Hi Splinters, Welcome back to my Weekly Social Media Challenge, I'm Lagnarok, and today I want to share my match with you, and I'm going to cope with limited splinters of choice with shallow mana caps. The match detail will be found in the next section, so bear with me, and thank you so much.

Halfing Alchemist Synopsis

Where did the Halflings come from? Did they sail from across the Outers, dig up through the ground, or fall from the sky? No one knows for sure; the Halflings have been less than forthcoming when answering questions about their past. Instead, their focus is always on the future, a future that is ruled by halves. There seemed to be only hundreds of Halflings in total, but with them came an uncanny amount of gold. Their tools are gold, their armor is gold, and even Halfling paper is a form of gold. But the halflings do not believe in currency; what they cannot make, they do without. The most powerful among the Halflings are the Alchemists. Halfling Alchemists practice a delicate art that they call Aether Shen. In this process, objects (usual weapons) are broken down using alchemical magic into smaller versions of their previous battles. When used as a spell in battle, Aether Shen is incredibly destructive, but when used to enhance the power of an object, it can also do amazing things. The great central truth of Halfling Alchemy is that when halved correctly, any object (or person) can become exponentially more powerful.

Melting Down your Weapon

The Battle happened in Silver League WIld Format, a Ranked Battle, and The battle detail came with a Briar Patch ruleset, which makes every monster has Thorns Ability, 14 mana caps, and a limited of splinters choices, With These kinds of details, make this match much easier for me to choose and how I gonna set up my monster Lineup.

With only 3 Splinters available for use, which are Fire, Water, and Life. I decided to use Life Splinter since I am very confident that my enemy will be going to use Magic-type based on his 5 latest matches, and there is no way for him or me to use Sneak Meta because it will be going to hurt us because of Thorns Ability.

Battle Preparation & Strategy Breifing

Post	Card	Ability	Plan
Summoner		Holy Protection	Lorna Shine is a rare life summoner with mana 3 to consume, Lorna Shine from the Dice expansion pack. I decided to use Lorna because today's battle mana caps are very low, and her ability is so great on point any type or kind of attack will be ignored once.
Main Tank		Flying, Magic Reflect	Pelacor Conjurer is a reward card series and very popular among players who battle with low to mid-mana caps, you will very often see this card within Silver league players if they are playing with Life splinter, Even though this unit has no attack, but he able to reflect the magic-type attack to the caster.
Second		No Ability	Furious Chicken is the Best Cannon fodder on the Wild format. I was using this Chicken instead Soul Fiend because this Furious Chicken can be used on No Legendaries Ruleset while Soul Fiend cannot. I placed this Chicken in Second place just in case my Pelacor died. I hope this Furious Chicken can buy me time to clean the battlefield.
Third		Amplify	Usually, I will use Celestial Harpy, but not today because Briar Patch ruleset is the worst matchup for Melee-type monsters, so with Pelacor Conjurer with his Magic Reflection ability as my Tank, I am going to put Dax Paragon on the Third position, and Enemy's Magic-type monster going to cry because Magic Reflection + Amplify.
Fourth		Tank Heal	Venari Crytalsmith is a Reward series Card. I decided to use Venari Crystalsmith. Hence, it heals my Pelacor Conjurer, and with this My, Pelacor Conjurer will not easily die on me, and this monster is too able to attack an enemy with range-type.
Fifth		No Ability	I decided not to use something like Chaos Agent and Using Lensmaster because there is no way for my enemy to use Sneak Meta. At the same time, Lensmaster only consumes 1 mana to use and with 1 ranged-type attack is a much better reason than leaving the spot for non-combatant monsters.
Sixth		Halving	Halfing Alchemist is a Promo series card. This is an Epic card with very great ability under special circumstances like this, Halving Ability will cut the enemy's monster damage into half, which means if hit by Halfing Alchemist, if you have 4 damage, it will be cutted leaving it with 2 damage.

Round 1: The Battle Begin

• After the series of buffs, today's battle is without any debuff from both parties, and the battle opens with enemy Djinn Oshannus attacking my Pelacor Conjurer Holy Protection.

• Lensmaster attack Hardy Stonefish, and seeing there is a chance, Venari Crystalsmith joins hand with Dax Paragon and kills Hardy Stonefish. The battle ends when Halfing Alchemist injures the enemy's Kelp Initiate.

Round 2

• Djinn Oshannus started attacking my Pelacor Conjurer again, and my then main tank hit point healed by Venari Crystalsmith while attacking Kelp Initiate.

• With Venari Crystalsmith leading, Dax Paragon, Lensmaster, and Halfing Alchemist barrage Kelp Initiate with the attack but fail to kill it.

Round 3

• Djinn Oshannus keep attacking Pelacor Conjurer while Lensmaster takes Kelp Initiate down.

• Venari Crystalsmith kills Furious Chicken and heals Pelacor Conjurer not to let him die, and Dax Paragon with Halfing Alchemist attacks Djinn Oshannus together.

Round 4

Djinn Oshannus keep attacking Pelacor Conjurer even though it is under Halving Ability, and the battle ends very fast when Venari Crystalsmith, Halfing Alchemist, Dax Paragon, and Lensmaster kill Djinn Oshannus with their combined attack.

Did My Strategy Work?

As expected, my Strategy worked perfectly, and none of my monsters died. I expected my enemy would use Magic-type Meta based on his latest 5 matches since there is no way for him to use Sneak Meta with Life or Water under the Briar Patch ruleset. But if my enemy goes with Ranged-type monsters instead of Magic, the match will be longer, and there is a possibility I will lose this match (slight chance, depending on his Monsters collection).
