• CRYPT BEETLE •

Essa criatura habita criptas e mausoléus em busca de saciar a sua fome, particulamente eu não vejo essa carta ser muito usada em partidas, talvez por causa do seu baixo HP o que a torna extremamente vulnerável a ataques mágicos, talves sua melhor utilidade é em uma batalha de pouca mana somente com melee attack ou em uma regra de little league. De qualquer forma ela está presente na composição de death e vamos explorar um pouco mais sua utilidade.

♦ CRYPT BEETLE - LORE ♦

• VISÃO GERAL DA CARTA •

Eu tenho que ser sincero sobre esse monstro, a verdade é que eu nunca tinha usado o CRYPT BEETLE até hoje hahahaha. É sério e eu acho que dificilmente eu tenha usado outro monstro na primeira posição com o death splinter a não ser o CURSED WINDEKU. Eu sempre considerei o CRYPT BEETLE como uma carta muito fraca, por causa de que na bronze league que é o lvl da carta que eu tenho ela só tem 2 Life e é muito fácil de uma criatura de dano mágico matar ela com apenas um hit, visto que atualmente composições mágicas estão sendo muito utilizadas.

ANÁLISE DE PREÇOS

Um fato curioso de se observar sobe o CRYPT BEETLE é que o preço da foil regular está aumentando, diferente das ultimas cartas que apresentamos no battle of the week essa é a primeira vez em um bom tempo que vejo uma do Chaos legion subindo seu valor e é curioso porque a GOLD FOIL está se desvalorizando.

• REGRAS DA BATALHA •

Standard: Nenhuma modificação nas regras e mecânicas de jogo padrão.

• MEU LINEUP •

Essa foi uma batalha com 13 manas e nesse tipo de batalha eu gosto de usar o máximo de criaturas de pouca mana possível, eu gosto de jogar assim por que na maioria das vezes uma carta de mana alta não é tão versátil. Com várias cartas você pode ter mais recusos para atacar e se defender.

O graaaaande da noite! HAHA não acredito que estou dizendo isso, foi a primeira vez que usei essa carta pelo menos até onde eu me lembro. Mas nessa batalha ele foi útil e fiquei impressionado por ter vencido, pois meu inimigo usou um tank de mana alto e o humilde escudo do meu CRYPT BEETLE ainda foi útil.

Adoro a Life Sapper, ela é um dano consistente que tem a vantagem do life leech fazendo com que ela recupere o dano que pode eventualmente sofrer durante a batalha, desvantagem do Life Sapper é que se o inimigo tiver uma carta com defesa mágica em campo a life sapper será praticamente inutil. No entanto não foi o caso dessa partida

Essa partida eu fiquei surpreso por ter vencido, eu não costumo usar o crypt beetle como eu disse e fiquei impressionado de que essa composição acabou vencendo meu inimigo por ele ter usado um Cursed windeku em sua estratégia. Esse é o diferencial de usar as regras a seu favor e como eu coloquei meus argumentos anteriormente, o Crypt Beetle acaba por ser uma boa opção em batalhas de pouca mana, talves a partir de agora eu passe a usar ele com mais frequência nesse tipo de batalha.

Estou tendo minhas primeiras impressões sobre o Crypt Beetle agora, eu não gostava dele pra ser sincero e não conseguia enxergalo como uma opção a ser usada, porém após esse olhar mais focado para essa carta estou começando a perceber a utilidade dele. Eu gosto pessoalmente por seu nome me lembrar o Beetle Juice, mas só por que isso sempre me faz abrir um sorriso. 😆

Meu inimigo foi @namjp469

Essa batalha apresentou diversos pontos de estratégia interessantes e deixou evidente que escolher bem suas cartas e ser confiante na sua estratégia pode ser o necessário para alcaçar a vitória. Nesse caso eu dedici apostar que meu inimigo não iria usar cartas de sneak ou opportunity e felizmente eu acertei nessa aposta. Apesar de eu ter o dano do meu Soul Strangler reduzido devido ao debuff do summoner inimigo esse dano foi o suficiente para desempatar a partida.

Meu Crypt beetle foi importante também, seu escudo agiu de forma perfeita para bloquear o dano do cursed windeku e dessa forma sobrou HP suficiente para minha Life Sapper ter vida o suficiente para trocar danos com a Life Sapper do meu inimigo.

Meu inimigo decidiu usar uma criatura na ultima posição apostanto que eu usaria um sneak, nesse momento ele perdeu.

• CRYPT BEETLE •

This creature inhabits crypts and mausoleums in search of satisfying its hunger, particularly I don't see this card being used much in games, perhaps because of its low HP which makes it extremely vulnerable to magic attacks, perhaps its best use is in a low mana battle with melee attack only or in a little league rule. Anyway, it is present in the composition of death and we are going to explore its usefulness a little more.

♦ CRYPT BEETLE - LORE ♦

• CARD OVERVIEW •

I have to be honest about this monster, the truth is that I had never used CRYPT BEETLE until today hahahaha. It's serious and I think I've hardly used another monster in the first position with death splinter other than CURSED WINDEKU. I've always considered CRYPT BEETLE as a very weak card, because in the bronze league that is the lvl of the card I have it only has 2 Life and it's very easy for a magic damage creature to kill it with just one hit, since currently magical compositions are being used.

PRICE ANALYSIS

A curious fact to observe about the CRYPT BEETLE is that the price of the regular foil is increasing, unlike the last cards we presented in the battle of the week this is the first time in a long time that I see a Chaos legion increasing its value and it is curious because GOLD FOIL is devaluing itself.

This was a 13 mana battle and in this type of battle I like to use as many low mana creatures as possible, I like to play it this way because most of the time a high mana card is not that versatile. With multiple cards you can have more resources to attack and defend.

The greatness of the night! HAHA I can't believe I'm saying this, it was the first time I used this card at least as far as I can remember. But in this battle he was useful and I was impressed to have won, as my enemy used a high mana tank and the humble shield of my CRYPT BEETLE was still useful.

I love Life Sapper, it is a consistent damage that has the advantage of life leech making it recover the damage that it can eventually suffer during the battle, disadvantage of Life Sapper is that if the enemy has a card with magic defense on the field a life sapper will be practically useless. However, this was not the case.

This game I was surprised to have won, I don't usually use the crypt beetle as I said and I was impressed that this composition ended up winning my enemy because he used a Cursed windeku in his strategy. This is the differential of using the rules in your favor and as I put my arguments before, the Crypt Beetle turns out to be a good option in low mana battles, maybe from now on I will use it more often in this type of battle battle.

I'm getting my first impressions of the Crypt Beetle now, I didn't like it to be honest and I couldn't see it as an option to use, but after this more focused look at this letter I'm starting to realize its usefulness. I personally like its name reminding me of Beetle Juice, but just because it always makes me crack a smile. 😆

This battle presented several interesting strategy points and made it evident that choosing your cards well and being confident in your strategy can be what it takes to achieve victory. In this case I decided to bet that my enemy would not use sneak or opportunity cards and luckily I hit that bet. Although I had my Soul Strangler's damage reduced due to the enemy summoner's debuff, this damage was enough to break the tie.

My Crypt beetle was important too, its shield acted perfectly to block the damage from the cursed windeku and that way I had enough HP for my Life Sapper to have enough life to trade damage with my enemy's Life Sapper.

My enemy decided to use a creature in the last position betting that I would use a sneak, at that moment he lost.
