Congrats :) I will have my quest ready soon again. Hope I can get something cool. But it is hard with only one chest.
Try to get out of bronze, Silver will get you more card rewards. Renting 1 card at a time with your DEC earning will eventually get you to Silver.

What is a cheap card to rent that gives me enough power to get out of Bronze?
Really depending on which splinter you're playing. But generally look for gold foil rare card which give you the most bang for your DEC
