Cerberus Simpsons Style

Hi guys Lorentm is back with another great art post, this time for the social media section of splinterlands, today is one of those days where I overflowed with imagination and I come up with crazy ideas, I started thinking that so far I have done purely human characters or with human characteristics, then it occurred to me what if I do some animal? And what better choice than a dog, specifically "Santa's helper" the faithful mascot of the simpsons family, I imagined myself converted into the three-headed dog named Cerberus, it was a pretty good idea and fun to do.

For this drawing as you can notice the main base of the body was that of "Santa's helper" a greyhound dog that is characterized by having a stylized figure, the most difficult part of the drawing was to adapt the other two heads and that this adaptation looked as natural or harmonious as possible, once the sketch was done, I started to add the other details like the shackles, chain, collar and the spikes of the tail, characteristics of the Cerberus letter, once the idea was already established I proceeded to make the outline to finally draw it. As for the scenery, I wanted to place it in the room of one of the children of the family, mounted on the bed, making mischief and disasters in its path, I was really surprised the effect of the shadows and brightness gives it a more spectral touch, what do you guys think? Hola chicos Lorentm esta de vuelta con otro grandioso post de arte, esta vez para la sección social media de splinterlands, hoy es uno de esos días donde desbordó de imaginación y se me ocurren ideas locas, me puse a pensar que hasta ahora he hecho puros personajes humanos o con características humanas, entonces se me ocurrió y si hago algún animal? Y que mejor elección la de un perro, en específico a “Ayudante de Santa” la fiel mascota de la familia simpsons, me imagine convertida en el perro de tres cabezas llamado Cerberus, fue una idea bastante acertada y divertida de hacer.

Para este dibujo como podrán notar la base principal del cuerpo fue la de “Ayudante de santa” un perro galgo que se caracteriza por tener una figura estilizada, lo más difícil del dibujo fue adaptar las otras dos cabezas y que esta adaptación se viera lo más natural o armónica posible, una vez hecho el boceto, empecé agregar los demás detalles como los grilletes, cadena, collar y las púas de la cola, características propias de la carta de Cerberus, una vez con la idea ya establecida procedí a hacer el delineado para finalmente dibujarlo. En cuanto al escenario, quise ubicarlo en el cuarto de uno de los niños de la familia, montado encima de la cama, haciendo travesuras y desastres a su paso, realmente me sorprendió el efecto de las sombras y brillos le da un toque más espectral, que piensan ustedes chicos? Les gusto le dibujo ? Los leo en la caja de comentarios 😊.

• Brushes: Pencil, Airbrush, Fuzzy, Marker.
