Hey @mrwindmill! This is @indayclara from the @ocd team. Congratulations and welcome to Hive!

True indeed, a lot can happen in just less than a year! And what makes it even more amazing is you did the work to be a better person.

Starting your journey here on Hive can be overwhelming so it's good to do your research and ask around. You can also read: How To Get A Great Start on the Hive Blockchain.

Some things to remember here on Hive:

  1. Make sure to share your future blogs in the appropriate Communities like Personal Development.
  2. If you are looking for tips and information as a Hive newbie, click here.
  3. Plagiarism and any form of abuse is considered a serious offense.

We wish you all the best in your Hive journey!

You posted in the perfect place for this post, I'm sure there is no better place for it on Hive than WorkLife to share your work experience.

You've made a great start to your career which is not easy under the current environment and the fact you moved to another role already is really amazing. Working alongside skilled and experienced people can be a bit daunting sometimes as you're the new kid on the block, but that's the best way to learn.

In terms of the start of your Hive journey, it sounds like you've been playing Splinterlands for a long time and decided to start blogging now. That's great as we love to see more quality content creators. It would really help you get more traction if you write a self introduction post so the community can get to know you better. You can still remain anonymous of you want. Feel free to tag me or @lovesniper when you do it. Cheers

Have a great day!
