Dragon Was The Feature In This Weeks Share Your Battle In Splinterlands.

This weeks featured card in Splinterlands Share Your Battle Challenge is Dragon, we could choose any cards so I used Brighton Bloom and Naga Assassin.

SHARE YOUR BATTLE (6).png

This Weeks Featured Cards:

Brighton Bloom

Addition: Dice
Summoner
Mana: 4
Ability: Flying

Naga Assassin

Addition: Chaos Legion
Mana: 2
Level: 1
Attack: 1 Range
Speed: 5
Health: 2
Ability: None

I have both of these cards at level 1, I rarely play the Dragon splinter but sometimes it comes in handy. Brighton Bloom is a great summoner to use with the rule Earthquake because it gives your whole line up the flying ability. I had a low mana battle with the only 2 splinter options being Dragon and Death so I started it off with Dragon. See my featured battle here.

This battle had a 15 mana cap with the rule Armored Up, meaning all friendly monster start the battle with +2 armor.

My Line Up

Summoner

I used Brighton Bloom who gives all friendly monster the flying ability meaning they have increased chance of being missed by ranged and melee attacks.

1st Position

I Put Cursed Windeku, this is not a bad 6 mana tank with the thorns ability that does damage back when hit from melee attacks. This card has 9 health, 3 speed and 2 melee attack.

2nd Position

I threw in Furious Chicken a 0 mana card with 1 health and 1 speed that I had an extra spot left over so I used as a cusion to keep my back line in a good position.

3rd Position

I went with Life Sapper with the Life Leech ability. This is a 3 mana card and has 2 health, 2 speed and 1 magic attack. Putting this card in the middle of the line up I was hoping the Life Leech ability would keep him alive for a while in the battle.

4th Position

I used the second of the featured dragon card Naga Assassin a 2 mana card with no ability. she has 2 health, 1 range attack and 5 speed. I was hoping with the flying ability and the higher speed she would get plenty of misses each round.

I used up all the mana in the battle available so I left the 5th and 6th positions open and went with a short line up hoping I guessed my strategy right.

When I first looked at this battle I wasn't sure how it was going to go but I was hoping that all my cards having the flying ability and Naga Assassin having so much speed she would get several misses and the other cards would last long enough to win the battle. Check out my battle here.

I hope you enjoy the battle and maybe even get some ideas in some of the strategy of the game. See you next time.

I only have a few dragon cards and I rarely play with the splinter but Brighton Bloom is a great summoner when you get the rule Earthquake. In this battle I went with it as the summoner because I thought it would give me the best chance with the mana I had to work with.
