Congratulations if you pooled with us last round! We made the top 6 in the presale with 17,577 packs! All packs have been distributed along with 1 CAAD token per pack. All participants in the presale will receive their guaranteed airdrops and the lucky drops will go into the pool account, CAAD token holders share ownership of the pool account.

The pool received 8 titles and sold one of them for $2,000 worth of SPS which was staked in the pool account to accrue interest.

There are 7 titles left in the pool account. The current plan
for titles is to sell them for an amount >= their SPS airdrop value, this is where we got the price point of $2000. The SPS will be staked and compounded to earn vouchers during phase 2.

The earned vouchers will be sold first to discord members(pool members) at a slight discount. After that, they will be sold to the open market with proceeds being staked in the account.

For being in the top 6 purchasers presale, the pool will receive 1 maximum GFL and 1 maximum normal foil of the designed summoner. While the pool is keeping those cards, we are auctioning off the design rights, and the current high bid is $17,000 (that's 17,000.00 delivered to the value pool of CAAD holders!)

Lucky cards the pool receives (those not distributed by guarantee) will not be sold right away since historically those cards have gone up in value over time. Instead, we will rent out the cards and leave the DEC in the account to increase the SPS airdrops. Once we accumulate 100k DEC we will either distribute this to CAAD holders or add it to the staking pool. Any selling of cards will require evaluation and we will error on the side of caution.

Phase 2 Plan

We will be doing another group buy during the 2 to 3 million pack sale. This sale will require vouchers and packs will be $4. There is no longer a discount for paying with SPS during this phase and packs must be bought with credits. In order to join this group-buy, you must bring your own vouchers and purchase in blocks of 5 packs.

You will get 1 free pack for each 5 you buy plus any guaranteed airdrops. Users that bought in the presale will be able to add to their totals to increase their pack buying for all airdrops. Just like the presale, you will receive any guaranteed airdrops based on your purchase volume and lucky airdrops will go to the pool account.

Purchases made during Phase 2 qualify for:

In Phase 2 you will receive 1 CAAD token for every 5 packs purchased as a share of the pool account.

Example: To buy 50 packs, one must provide 50 vouchers and $200 in SPS and will receive 60 packs and 10 CAAD tokens.

The main point is there will be up to 6 million packs sold before the general sale. These packs will get counted for all airdrops after 4 on the first day. If all 6 million packs are ordered that is 6 more airdrops that these packs will count for. In the general sale you can also get credit for all 6 if you buy in the first 24 hours.

Because this purchase will occur once, directly with Splinterlands, we won’t collect money until we are sure we have enough people in the group to get to 25,000 packs.

Users who join this sale will get all guaranteed airdrop cards along with 1 CAAD for every 20 packs bought. We might not know what cards are coming out in the 4 to 10 range so it will be very hard to help you with how many you need for airdrops. On the high end cards will be in the 1 out of 500 range so to get 1 for all drops you should aim for at least 500 packs.
