Splinterlands - Another Set of Gladius Cases For Me :p

Last brawl my guild came in third but we still manage to earn over 7k merits. With the brawl's merits and daily rewards I was able to get over 8k in total. Today I went and spend it on 4 Gladius cases. Let us see what I got!

Pack 1 had an epic and rare so I consider it a win. Looking at specifically Gorth it doesn't appear to be much of an epic but then again I don't use it often.

Pack 2 turns out to be a gold foil Chimney Wallstop and I remember using this card. Funny like I mentioned earlier I don't use a Gorth a lot but I do use a Chimney Wallstop. Compare the two with 8 mana versus 10 mana the latter offers reach ability and some toughness. The latter just seems to have more uses.

I thought pack 2 opening was golden but this pack opening trumps even that with a rare gold foil in Captain Katie. I do use the card and can level it up since I already have another gold foil.

The final pack open did not fail to impress. I had a lot going for me in these packs and to end it with a legendary is pretty sweet. I may try again next go around and buy Gladius packs in four consider how lucky I was in these pack openings.

Overall Gladius Cards Printed

Over on splintercards.com we can see currently how many Gladius cards have been printed and in circulation.

I took snapshot of lower half of the chart that encompasses overall total amount of cards printed and how many currently in circulation. Notice the regular foil there are close to 1.2 million printed but only a little over 600k actual cards. This means many players have combined their cards to level up.

For gold foil version there is even less amount of printed versions with a grand total of 24k printed and just 22k in players' hands. Interestingly there is no cap in when these cards become out of print but considering there are not much overall in circulation this is a reasonable continuation of prints in same cards for many months to come.
