Splinterlands Battle - A Battle with CENTAURI MAGE.

I'm attending the weekly battle challenge of splinterlands.
This week's theme is CENTAURI MAGE.

CENTAURI MAGE is a rare monster of earth splinter. This is a monster with magic attack.

This can level up to level 8 with 115 cards.

Power: This is a nice card with 1 magic attack, 3 speed, 9 health in level 1.

Abilities: It has a ability in level 1 named return fire and one more ability in level 5 named repair.

Return Fire: When hit with a ranged attack, monsters with return fire will return reduced damage back to their attacker.

Repair: Restores some armor to the friendly monster whose armor has taken the most damage.

Battle Detail:
I played with earth monster team.

It was a battle of total 22 mana with one rule and that is-
Standard: No modification to the standard game play rules and mechanics.

My Battle

• Round 01
  
  Spark pixies of my enemy team attacked first and that first attack was on unicorn mustang of my team and the unicorn mustang lost two health. Then serpentine soldier of enemy team attacked and took off one more health of unicorn mustang of my team. Then unicorn mustang of my team attacked and took off the armor of serpentine soldier of my enemy team. Then centauri mage of my team attacked and took off one health of serpentine soldier of my enemy team and then fire beetle of my enemy team attacked and took off one health of centauri mage of my team and the centauri mage returned fire and rook off one health of fire beetle of my enemy team. Then magma troll of my enemy team attacked and took off one health of unicorn mustang of my team. Then goblin dartling of my team missed and then khmer princess of my team attacked and took off one health of serpentine soldier of my enemy team at the end of this round.
  The first round got ended like this. No monster died in this round.

• Round 02
  
  Spark pixies and serpentine soldier of my enemy team attacked and took off total three health of unicorn mustang of my team. Then unicorn mustang of my team attacked serpentine soldier of my enemy team and that serpentine soldier got killed. Then centauri mage of my team attacked and took off one health of magma troll of my enemy team. Then fire beetle of my enemy team attacked and took off one health of centauri mage of my team and the centauri mage returned fire and rook off one health of fire beetle of my enemy team. Then magma troll of my enemy team attacked and took off one health of unicorn mustang of my team. Then goblin dartling and then khmer princess of my team attacked magma troll of my enemy team and the magma troll got killed at the end of this round.
  The second round got ended like this. Two monsters of my enemy team died in this round.

• Round 03
  
  Spark pixies of my enemy team attacked unicorn mustang of my team and the unicorn mustang got killed. Then centauri mage and goblin dartling of my team attacked fire beetle of my enemy team and the fire beetle got killed. Then khmer princess of my team attacked spark pixies of my enemy team and the spark pixies also got killed at the end of this round.
  The third round got ended like this. One monster of my team and two monsters of my enemy team died in this round.

• Round 04
  
  Goblin shaman, the last monster of my enemy team didn't have any attack power so it started getting attacks only from this round. All my three monsters attacked one by one and took off total three health of the last enemy monster and then the enemy monster had only one health left at the end of this round.
  The fourth round got ended like this. No monster died in this round.

• Round 05
  
  Centauri mage of my team attacked the last enemy monster goblin shaman and that goblin shaman got killed at the beginning of this round.
  The fifth round got ended like this. Last enemy monster died in this round.

This is a earth monster, in the first level it has melee attacks (3), Speed (4), Health (10).

It has three abilities which are-

Void: Reduced damaged from magic attacks.

Magic Reflect: When hit with magic damage, does reduced magic damage back to the attacker.

Piercing: If melee or ranged attack damage is in excess of the target's armor, the remainder will damage the target's health.

This is a earth monster, in the first level it has magic attack (1), Speed (1), Health (2).

It has two abilities which are-

Tank Heal: Restores a portion of the monster in the first position's health each round.

Triage: Heals the friendly back-line monster that has taken the most damage.

GOBLIN DARTLING : EARTH MONSTER

This is an earth monster, in the first level it has ranged attack (1), Speed (2), Health (2).

It has two abilities which are-

Shatter: Target's armor is destroyed when hit by an attack from monsters with shatter.

Knock Out: Does double damage when attacking an enemy that is stunned.

Did my strategy work? What will I try differently next time?

Yes my strategy worked nicely and I might try similar monsters with nice powers next time when I do some battle.
