Splinterlands Battle - A Battle with WAVE RUNNER.

You're in the blog of Ismail Fahim.

I'm attending the weekly battle challenge of splinterlands.
This week's theme is WAVE RUNNER.

WAVE RUNNER is a common monster of water splinter. This is a monster with melee attack.

This can level up to level 10 with 400 cards.

Power: This is a nice card with 2 melee attacks, 3 speed, 4 health in level 1.

Abilities: It has a ability in level 1 named reach, another ability in level 1 named knock out and one more ability in level 9 named snare.

Reach: Melee attack monsters with this ability can attack from the second position.

Knock Out: Does double damage when attacking an enemy that is stunned.

Snare: When attacking enemies with flying, removes the flying ability and cannot miss.

Battle Detail:
I played with water monster team.

It was a battle of total 25 mana with one rule and that is-
Standard: No modification to the standard game play rules and mechanics.

My Battle

Round 01

Child of the forest of my enemy team attacked first and that first attack was on ice pixie of my team and the ice pixie got killed. Then water elemental of my team attacked second and took off one health of flesh golem of my enemy team. Then serpent of eld of my team attacked second and took off three more health of flesh golem of my enemy team. Then that flesh golem of my enemy team attacked my team's serpent of eld but missed. Then sabre shark of my team attacked and took off one health of earth elemental of my enemy team and then wave runner of my team attacked and took off two health of flesh golem of my enemy team. Goblin sorcerer of my enemy team attacked and took off one health of water elemental of my team and then orc sergeant of my enemy team attacked my team's serpent of eld and missed. Then khmer princess of my enemy team attacked and took off one health of serpent of eld of my team. Then earth elemental of my enemy team attacked my team's serpent of eld and missed at the end of this round.
The first round got ended like this. One monster of my team died in this round.
Round 02

Child of the forest of my enemy team attacked and took off one health of water elemental of my team and the water elemental then got healed with two health and attacked and took off two health of flesh golem of my enemy team. Then serpent of eld of my team attacked flesh golem of my enemy team and that flesh golem got killed. Wave runner of my team attacked and took off two health of orc sergeant of my enemy team and then sabre shark of my team attacked and took off one health of earth elemental of my enemy team and then goblin sorcerer of my enemy team attacked and took off one health of water elemental of my team. Then orc sergeant of my enemy team attacked my team's serpent of eld and missed. Then khmer princess and earth elemental of my enemy team attacked and took off one health and one armor of serpent of eld of my team at the end of this round.
The second round got ended like this. One monster of my enemy team died in this round.
Round 03

Child of the forest of my enemy team attacked and took off one health of water elemental of my team and the water elemental then got healed with two health and attacked and took off two health of orc sergeant of my enemy team. Then serpent of eld of my team attacked orc sergeant of my enemy team and that orc sergeant got killed. Then wave runner of my team attacked and took off two health of goblin sorcerer of my enemy team then sabre shark of my team attacked and took off one health of earth elemental of my enemy team and then goblin sorcerer, khmer princess and earth elemental of my enemy team attacked and took off two health and one armor of serpent of eld of my team at the end of this round.
The third round got ended like this. One monster of my enemy team died in this round.
Round 04

Child of the forest of my enemy team attacked and took off one health of water elemental of my team and the water elemental then got healed with two health and attacked goblin sorcerer of my enemy team and that goblin sorcerer got killed. Then serpent of eld of my team attacked khmer princess of my enemy team and that khmer princess got killed. Then wave runner of my team attacked and took off two health of child of the forest of my enemy team then sabre shark of my team attacked and took off one health of earth elemental of my enemy team and then earth elemental of my enemy team attacked serpent of eld of my team and that serpent of eld got killed at the end of this round.
The fourth round got ended like this. Two monsters of my enemy team and one monster of my team died in this round.
Round 05

Water elemental of my team attacked child of the forest of my enemy team and that child of the forest got killed. Then sabre shark and then wave runner of my team attacked the last enemy monster earth elemental and that earth elemental got killed at the end of this round.
The fifth round got ended like this. Last two monsters of my enemy team died in this round.
Result

SERPENT OF ELD : WATER MONSTER

This is a water monster, in the first level it has melee attacks (3), Speed (4), Armor (2), Health (5).

It has three abilities which are-

Dodge: Has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks.

Return Fire: When hit with a ranged attack, monsters with return fire will return reduced damage back to their attacker.

Poison: Attacks have a chance to apply poison, which does automatic damage to the target at the beginning of each round after the poison is applied.

This is a water monster, in the first level it has melee attacks (2), Speed (3), Health (4).

It has three abilities which are-

Reach: Melee attack monsters with this ability can attack from the second position.

Knock out: Does double damage when attacking an enemy that is stunned.

Snare: When attacking enemies with flying, removes the flying ability and cannot miss.

ICE PIXIE : WATER MONSTER

Edition: UNTAMED
Rarity: RARE
Element: WATER
ATTACK: MAGIC
ABILITIES: FLYING AT LEVEL 1, SHATTER AT LEVEL 5.

This is a water monster, in the first level it has magic attack (1), Speed (3), Health (1).

It has two abilities which are-

Flying: Has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks from monsters who do not have the flying ability.

Shatter: Target's armor is destroyed when hit by an attack from monsters with shatter.

SABRE SHARK: WATER MONSTER

This is a water monster, in the first level it has melee attack (1), Speed (3), Health (2).

It has one ability in the first level which is-

Sneak: Targets the last monster of the enemy team instead of the first monster.

WATER ELEMENTAL : WATER MONSTER

Rarity: Rare
Element: Water
Attack: Ranged

This is a neutral monster, in the first level it has ranged attacks (2), Speed (4), Health (4).

It has two abilities which are-

Heal: Restores a portion of the monsters health each round.

Dodge: Has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks.

Did my strategy work? What will I try differently next time?

Yes my strategy worked nicely and I might try similar monsters with nice powers next time when I do some battle.
