Cool Battle! Death Element Weakens the Opponent!

O tank

)

Hello Splintermaniacs, welcome back!!

The death element is one of my favorites in Splinterlands! There are a variety of incredible options when it comes to weakening the opponent. Sometimes, weakening the opponent is a good strategy, if we use the right combos, it will be a good way to defend against furious attacks!

Another point that I consider a lot in the death element, is that in low mana games, I can choose a team that is very strong, and even choose several monsters with relevant abilities. By doing so, I manage to bring into battle various skills distributed by monsters, improving my ability to weaken the opponent.

Today I bring you a battle that plays the role of weakening the opponent very well. Let's check it out!!

This is a battle in the Wild format, in the Gold League. Some of these cards have been leased and complement some cards I own. Bringing these boosters helps a lot to move up the League, earn a little more SPS and of course increase the amount of daily and end of season reward Chests.

What we should note carefully is that, in this game, I only have 21 mana to use and the Equalize rule. These were the two main points from which I build my strategy: I can exploit monsters that have a low cost and are therefore more fragile and I can exploit their abilities, and at the same time I can put a greater number of monsters on the field.

We also can't help but notice the other two battle rules, which give a certain disadvantage to monsters with Melee attack and the other one that allows monsters with Ranged attacks to attack from the first time as well. position.

I explored well the monsters that had low cost and that had abilities that were relevant against my opponent. My main focus was to decrease their combat power as much as possible, since we have little mana to choose monsters, it would be a limited team.

Despite the Equalize rule being in evidence, I arrive by decreasing 2 life of all your monsters with the summoner and with the skills of the monster Undead Priest, which will also decrease the speed. The summoner will also decrease all monsters' spells by 1.

the tank

)

For the tank position I chose Animated Corpse, which has the Void ability to defend against incoming magical attacks. I believe this was not a very good choice, I had other better options and even cheaper in mana to use. But in the end he accomplished his goal well and resisted for some time on the field, gave me more confidence to enter the field against the fearsome magic attacks.

Fire power!

This is an amazing card, one of my favorites. Defensively, it is very useful when placed in the last position. It has the Dodge skill and good speed, which helps it dodge Sneak attacks. It costs little mana and has a ferocious attack that goes in the back line of enemies that do not have a melee attack.

Together with the monster mentioned above, this second card made up my attack power for this match. This monster has a very low cost, only 3, which could deliver magic attacks and slide into adjacent monsters because it also has the Blast skill. A great booster!

The right monster!

This monster was the key piece for this match. It will remove melee and ranged attack from enemy monsters further weakening enemy offensiveness. It benefited from the Equalize rule and brought despair to the opponent!

The last but not the least!

A monster that only costs 2 mana, has 2 attack, and can still remove the shield from the monster it attacked. That doesn't seem like much! It was especially important at the beginning of the game, when it removed a shield from a monster that had it in abundance!

Concluding

Well, that was today's battle. Sometimes I get into a conflict with myself between quantity and quality. But today I reached a consensus of my own and managed to bring quantity and quality into a single game. The big question I leave is: can you see the opportunities in a match and use them to your advantage?

Thanks for reading this far and until next time!
