Anti-Healing Card: Captain's Ghost

Do you hate when your opponent use cards that do healing either for themselves or for their tank? Divine Healer, Water Elemental, Haunted Spirit, and the new Venari Crystalsmith are some of the cards that can do healing. There are some ways to counter them, and I think Captain's Ghost is the forgotten option.
Captain's Ghost is a water card. It has 2 magic damage, 7 HP, costs 7 mana, and 1 speed which is a drawback for this card. It's Affliction ability, which prevents a splinter from healing or being healed, is really effective against healing splinters. On high mana battles where the life meta is commonly used, this splinter can easily make Divine Healer useless for tank. 
Because Captain's Ghost is a water splinter, it can also benefit from Alric's buff. It's beefy HP makes it an ideal backline because it can take a lot of hits from splinters with sneak ability (Sandworm not included), protecting your squishy magic splinters when you go all magic. It can also be a tank, but its speed makes it an inefficient tank. This means that it will be took down before it can do damage to an opponent's tank. Another position for this splinter is the second position because it can funnel a decent amount of damage from blasts and splinters with snipe ability. When comboed with Venari Wavesmith, I think water will take down a Fire or Life lineup in no time.
