Taking advantage of Splinterlands' Bear

As people are panicking about the falling price of crypto, bitcoin is breaking below $40k etc, I also start to see more people on twitter starting to post the price chart of SPS on Splinterlands' tweets, trying to emphasis the depressed price of SPS.

However, for me, I am actually more of shopping around, trying to scout for stuffs that I like at a cheap price. I really wish I can have more $$ so I can scoop up for more.

So here are my spending spree for this past week. Now I am super broke!

1. Summoner

If you do a search now on the untamed legendary summoners, you can see that Chanseus is now only lesser than $120. I remember it was selling for $300+ before the crash. Ignoring Camila, even the next legendary untamed summoner Mimosa is already heading towards $200.

And what was super pleasant at that moment was that I found out that there were actually 2 Max Lvl Chanseus that are on sale for the cheapest $/BCX! So I scoop up a max lvl Chanseus for about $1150 USD.

2. Monster

Now with such a great life summoner, I am of course looking to upgrade my life deck too. And what I have been wanting for a long time is Shieldbearer. Just look at its level 8 form! It is super popular for its taunt skill and with shield skill, range and melee attack can hardly damage him. Dont forget lv8 still can reflect range damage.

And to my surprise again, there are someone that is selling a max level shieldbearer at close to the lowest $$/BCX. So I super happy to scoop up a max level shieldbearer as you can see below. FINALLY!!!! I manage to get one of my dream card.

What I have experienced that kept push me back from buying a max level Shieldbearer is that there is no one selling high level Shieldbearer at a good $$/BCX. When you go to the sell tab now, you can see that buy the cheapest 74BCX already cause $462 and the price of the card will jump by more than 50% if you want to continue buy the remaining BCX. So I am very glad when I saw a good price max level shieldbearer. I think I bought the max level shieldbearer for $550+.

3. Voucher

About a few days ago, I just chat in the neoxian city about my own targetted exit and entry price for vouchers. Around the start of phrase 2 Chao Legion sale, I already decided the price of vouchers that would be beneficial to me. I remember vouchers was around $2 when I made the post as shown below.

As a result, I kept to my original goal and convert my earned daily DEC to vouchers for 2 days before the price of the vouchers went back to $2.50+. For 2 days, i am only able to accumulate 23.7 vouchers.

So that is all I have done for these few days. What about you all? Have you all buy or sell anything recently???

I feel that you managed exceptionally well in predicting market trend.
But I feel you should wait for general sale, because I feel earlier card editions might be dumped on throwaway price.
(But on counter may be these cards are dumped because someone adding up funds for general sale)

Any way , nice purchase of max cards.

Yah, price may dump more after the general sale.

However, what i also scare is that these cards can be gone, especially those high bcx.

It is really a very tough decision to buy now or later. I may be more focus on cl cards when the general sale is here.
