Efreet Elder with a high health level and the last stand ability that increases stats when is the last monster on the battlefield, can turn out to become the player of the game. So to take advange of this ability it should be placed in the last position.

Weak health but good melee attack that hits the best target thanks to the opportunity ability

Armor is useless against this magic hitter and when alone on the battlefield he improves to a higher level

4 monsters with higher mana cost and stats against 6 monsters with inferior capacities. At a 1st glance it seems that quality is leading the battle, now there are 3 opponent vs 1, but my Efreet Elder kills the 1st line, dodges the range attack and take care of the 2 left monster all alone.
