Splinterlands | Prices skyrocket! $150,000 asked for a card

Filtering by the most expensive cards on Peakmonsters, I have realized the Gold Kraken card has surpassed the Gold Plado Emberstorm card as the most expensive card!

Right now, there are only 2 sellers for the Gold Kraken, with a price of $150,000 and $242,000. However, highly likely there won't be buyers willing to pay such a price tag and more sellers will join the market with a more competitive price. If we check the bids, the highest bid is willing to pay $467.762. A nice amount if you ask me, but extremely less than the current price.

It is funny to see how cheap is to rent the card in comparison to sell it. At the time of publication, only one person is renting the card. You can rent it for 1,000 DEC (~$7.499) per day. I think though, after this rent goes by, renting price could grow considerably.

Imagine how wonderful would be to get this card in the daily quest or at the end of season rewards :O :D :P hahaha so crazy.

There are only 87 Gold Kraken cards in circulation, but other cards are even more scarce, such as the Alpha Gold Elemental Fenix with only 25 cards in circulation. You can see the cards in circulation directly on the Splinterlands market section.
