My Splinterlands Gold III Daily Quest Rewards (03/05/22)

Hello everyone,

I've only just realised I have't posted since 29/04/22, so it's time for an update ...

30/04/22:

I didn't manage to complete the Daily Quest, so no rewards.

However I did buy a Water Splinter Flying Squid Gold Foil (GF) Common which I combined with my existing one to create a level 4 card:

This completed my objective of having all level 4 GF Common Choas Legion (CL) cards.

I am still 12 CL GF Rare cards short of achieving having all the CL Rare cards at card level 3.

However as these cards are harder to get and I am facing oppenents with level 4, 5 and 6 summoners in Gold III, I have decided to merge my GF Obsidians to make a level 4 summoner for the Earth Splinter.

With this, the fastest (ie cheapest) way to capitalise on this higher level summoner is to have higher level Earth Splinter Common cards. The max level Common cards for a level 4 Rare Summoner is level 5.

This will be my priority going forward, however I will require 3 additional GF CL Legion Commons per card which will take time.

I was lucky enough when buying CL Packs to get 5 GF CL Common Goblin Psychic, so I already have this card at level 5 in GF:

01/05/22:

Quest Rewards

My immediate reaction was that the 5 DEC was the best item, but in reality selling the Venari Heatsmith and the Gargoya Lion both gained me more than 5 DEC each.

I purchased a CL GF Common Venari Scout, however I need a further 2 before I can merge then to a level 5.

02/05/22:

Much better results today.

An Epic Reward Card and 35 DEC. I can't grumble at that, the Epic will join the collection and the DEC will go towards the purchase of more Earth Splinter GF CL cards.

I purchased a further 2 CL GF Common Venari Scout and merged them to make a level 5 of this card:

I also purchsed 2 Mycelic Morphoids but had to wait until the next day to afford the third required to get to level 5.

I also applied to join a Guild, exciting times!

Today (03/05/22):

I was accepted by the Guild, and have signed up for my first Guild Brawl I'll let you know how this goes if I do well, otherwise I'll hang my head in shame and keep quiet.

I am now back in Gold III but am unlikely to complete the Daily Quest today, so no rewards.

The third and last Mycelic Morphoid was bought tonight and merged to create a level 5:

I only have the Venari Knifer and the Hill Giant cards to get now and then all 5 CL Earth Splinter Commons will be at GF level 5.
