Yes, that was my first concern. The LoL champion Yasuo is one of the most famous and it has been just copied, I bet that even character mechanics is the same. I have the same concerns about a game that will "re-launch" (copy) the gameboy version of Pokemon, the name is Block Monsters. It seems like a nice project, but Nintendo probably won't let it pass.
