I think it only becomes worth the arbitrage attempt at something like 200+ packs the higher the better your average is when selling the cards and with secondhand packs you don't get the airdrop points. The better arbitrage is when DEC is low to buy at 4000 DEC but only $2 value. Then waiting or reselling those possibly. !PIZZA !LOLZ
