A Decent Water Deck for Absolute Beginners

Hi everyone!
So I am entering my second week on Splinterlands and I am getting some lay of the land. I got 2 water quests so I focussed on that first, can't be playing everything at once.

So I wanted to show what deck I have used the past few days using the basic cards and renting some cards for cheap, so any beginner can start on this.

The Deck

So you make a Water deck, with Alric Stormbringer as your summoner

This gives you +1 magic attack, so obviously those are the cards you want to play.

I then rented the Kelp Initiate, whihc you can use as a tank but it only costs 2 mana!

Alternatively you can use the Serpent of Eld, which is a lot more expensive

The other card that I rented is the Captain's Ghost which gives you the much needed 3 attack thanks to your summoner

After that you simply fill your deck with the cheap dark magic cards: Medusa, Ice Pixie, the Enchanted Pixie and the Elven Mystic.

With this deck you are relying on speed, so with cheap decks put in the Kelp and with more expensive decks put in both the Kelp and the Captain's Ghost. I find it does pretty well, I ended up finishing the Bronze III tier pretty quickly. So hopefully this can help other newbies like me out there.
