It was just the end of season recently, and a lot of people rely on rent for the end of season Collection Power. The question has always been, "When is the best time to rent cards?" Do you rent on the last day, or rent 2 days in advance?

There is no one right answer.

That's right. You heard it. There is no one right answer. That's because it all depends on your situation. So let's discuss the pros and cons of renting on the last day versus renting a few days in advance.

Last Day Rental

Pros: Sure no cancellation.
Cons: Expensive AF, unless you're confident in your skills in sniping those cheap rents. To paint a better picture, this is the average price you'll be able to get collection power for the different leagues.

Rent 2 Days in Advance

Pros: Less competition in getting good deals.
Cons: It's a waste of money if you get cancelled. You're generally at the mercy of the card owners. The CP/DEC you see has to be divided by 2 to make it comparable to one day rents.

Sometimes you can even get really good deals. Just like this one. If you look at it I got a deal for 301 CP/DEC or 150CP/DEC equivalent since I rented for two days.

So what's the trick?

Before we get there, I'd just like to thank @goldlegend, who I was able to rent from. Shout out to them for giving everyone awesome deals by not increasing rental prices! We'd have to go to their profile as an example before we give out the trick!

But how did I get there in the first place? You can't do this little trick with a little click but it isn't too difficult either!

3 Step Process

Step 1: Log-in to peakmonsters.com.

Go on and rent normally, and if you see a good deal you want to rent for more than 1 day, copy their ign, and click My Cards.

Step 2: Replace your IGN in the URL with the person's collection you want to look at.

Step 3: Analyze

The trick is to analyze the psych of the person renting! You can get this info by checking out there cards! If you look at their profile and you notice that they don't have any personally cancelled cards, then the chances are they won't cancel your cards. It's not a fool proof plan but it certainly increases your chances by a lot! I made this bet and it paid off this time around.

What are your thoughts?

Do you agree with me? Frankly, I wish I could just click on it but I don't know how far up the priority list this would be. In any case, this is a Quality of Life change that I hope one day gets implemented. I still rent for 2 days and this little technique has helped me out immensely. It's all about probability.

Interesting trick. I will apply it from now since I am a big fan of the rental market.
