Pelacor Mercenary battle in Ruleset Equalizer and Rise of the Commons

Pelacor Mercenary is a monster from Earth Element whose have 7 mana cost, 3 damage, 4 speed, 1 armor and 11 HP.
It have skills :
Flying : can increase chance to evade melee and range attack by 25%.
Heal : give back HP every round by 1/3 maximum HP round down.
Retaliate : if hit by melee monster have 50% chance to hit back.
