I like this analysis. As a relatively new player (since May) it is hard to anticipate the impact on CP of leveling up cards. Especially if we don't have leveled up Summoners it seems like a waste of time. But this makes me rethink it for sure. Thanks! (I came here from ListNerds)

You are right, maxing cards while you are in the lower leagues and without maxed summoners is probably not worthy. It makes sense if you reach Diamond or if you rent a card for its collection power boost, in my opinion.
