Why Did Furious Chicken Die?

This battle seemed to me to be headed for a win. With four monsters left, my opponent had only Water Elemental remaining. I had Minotaur Warrior, Khmer Princess, and Furious Chicken. It ended up being a stand-off with my Minotaur Warrior and Khmer Princess each dealing one hit per round and the Water Elemental healing those two hits each round. Wash, rinse, repeat. I expected that all three of the would be killed by fatigue and that the surviving Furious Chicken would garner the win. But Furious Chicken was also taken down by fatigue, even though it had taken no part in the battle. Hun? I won a battle last week where Furious Chicken survived everyone else dying from fatigue, why not this battle?

The fate of the SS John Harvey raises some interesting questions. Given the coverup, what are the chances that this was not the only American ship carrying chemical weapons during WW2? If there were others, how many of them (and where) successfully delivered chemical weapons and were they ever delivered to front line units? To what extent did the Allies use chemical weapons during WW2? According to this site, “Mustard gas was used … by Poles against the Germans during the Invasion of 1939.“ But was that the only use by the Allies?
