4 EARTH CARDS WHICH HELP YOU TO PASS BRONZE LEAGUE

Welcome back to my channel, @queen-silvia, In this Social Media Weekly Challenge, I am going to share to all of you my thoughts about 4 Earth cards which can help us to pass bronze league very easily. The first one is Queen Mycelia, Second is Mylor Crowling, Third is Mushroom Seer, and the last is Wood Nymph. This post is likely intended to the new player who just started playing Splinterlands since they need to know what kind of cards they need to own or rental so that they can pass Bronze league with minimum cost.

At level 1, She has 1 magic attack, 1 speed and 4 health. This means that This card main function is not for attacking but more like for defending purpose since she has "Protect" ability to give additional +2 Armor to all of her friendly monsters. Along with Mylor Crowling, the Armor has another function as weapon since whenever The opponent's melee monster attacks, they will take 2 damage due to Thorn ability.

In reverse speed rule speed, Queen Mycelia will attack first, as her speed is 1. Her 1 magic attack is fair enough since her mana is 4 only. Most of monsters with 4 mana have 1 attack, either melee, ranged or magic attack. In this section we will discuss Lv.1 Queen Mycelia only since at Bronze Level, the maximum level that the legendary card can be summoned is level 1.

This summoner is very strong in low league like Bronze since this summoner gives Thorn ability to all friendly monsters. As the effect, When the monsters got hit by melee's opponent monster, Thorn ability will give damage back to the attacker. It has an upper cap of 2 damage. In "Up Close and Personal" rule set, this monster is the best option since all of the opponent monsters will take 2 damage due to Thorn ability.

At Bronze level, the maximum level of rare summoner which can be used is 2. In that case, player can summon up to Lv.3 common monster, Lv.2 rare monster, Lv.2 Epic monster and Lv.1 Legendary card. The most played card with Lv.2 Mylor is Lv.3 Flesh Golem since he has the "Heal" ability. It makes him immortal and very difficult to beat at low mana battle.

The 3^rd card is Mushroom Seer. He has the "Silence" ability which can reduce the opponent's magic attack. The reason why this card has big role in the game is because most of players are using Obsidian (the summoner which gives additional magic attack by +1) a lot. So Mushroom Seer will negate the Obsidian effect and make the opponent's summoner has no impact in the game.

As a monster with 5 mana cost, 2 magic attack is considered very high. So not only giving de-buff to magic monster but he also deadly against his opponent. However, he has 2 weaknesses, First is his speed. He is a very slow monster since his speed is 1 only. Second is his health. 3 health for 5 mana cost is considered pretty low. So this monster should be placed at the center of the line up in order to make him safe. Giving him Armor is another way to protect him.

This cute creature is always helpful in low mana since she can heal tank monster. Actually, Chaos Legion card edition has provided another tank healer called "Goblin Psychic" but his mana is 6. Using Wood Nymph will save 2 mana which is very important to build up strong army in the battle field. So that's the reason why Wood Nymph is better card to be used in low-mid mana battle.

Regarding her stats, she has very low health in Lv.1 which is only 2. So we need to put her in 3^rd or 4^th position to keep her away from sneak monster or enemies attack in the 1^st position. Besides, she is belong to very slow monster who has 1 speed only but in reverse speed ruleset, this will be an advantage to her as she will attack first. Her 1 magic attack is pretty fair as her mana cost is 4.

Thorn ability gives 2 damage back to the melee attacker when they hit their opponent. Since the Inspire ability is barely used in Bronze league, Mostly, the maximum melee attack in that league is only 2.

As we can see in the above picture, There are Unicorn Mustang and Mushroom Seer. Unicorn Mustang is a ghost card, so we can use it without renting (But if we want to get DEC from ranked match, we have to either rent or own it). He has the void ability which can reduce the magic attack.

The main difference between Void and Silent ability is that Void is mostly used by Tank Monster, they are intentionally being targeted by magic monster in the hope to weaken the magic attack, while Silent is often used in the backline position. This monster should be kept alive to keep the silence ability active.

First position is mostly given to the Unicorn Mustang or Flesh Golem since they have very high health at Lv.1. They both have 10 health point. The choice between Unicorn Mustang and Flesh Golem depend on the cards that the opponent are frequently used. If you saw the opponent used Obsidian very much with magic monsters, so Unicorn Mustang will be the choice. Flesh Golem is mostly used in small battle.

I would rather the third position for Mushroom Seer since he has 3 health point. He has the same role as Unicorn Mustang to increase magic attack, so if I had to choose which card may die first between Mushroom, Wood Nymph or Mycelia, I will choose Mushroom. the fifth position we have Wood Nymph. We need to put him the middle of Mushroom and Queen Mycelia to protect her. The next monster is Queen Mycelia, She has 4 health point to hold sneak attack for some moment.
