Invested more on Summoners in Splinterlands today

I have been investing in splinterlands summoner cards and trying to upgrade them all. The earlier plan is to make them all at least level 5 however now I have changed my mind and trying to level up even more. There are many things to invest in the game but I am more focused on summoners these days. There are 6 types of summoners including fire, water, earth, life, death, and the dragon, and out of this dragon summoner is a legendary card that can be upgraded to max level 4 however I have made it level 3 now which is capable of playing with common cards till level 8. Splinterlands is a leading play-to-earn game and I earn not just by the battles but also through content creation I reinvest this money in my game to make it high-level and more fun.

Last week I invested approx $400 and today again invested $200 to buy more cards. Although summoners are expensive cards I find these at low prices from the latest Chaos Legion edition and this is why trying my best to make it all high level first before I move on to monster cards. My collection power was almost 50k before this investment but now I have 83k collection power which is making me eligible to play in silver 1 league and the next level is gold 3 for that I need to have 100k collection power. Soon I am trying to enter the gold league as I will have 100k collection power in the next few weeks. Here is a snapshot shot of my current Chao Legion summoner holding.

Fire- Level 6
Water- Level 5
Earth- Level 5
Life- Level 5
Death- Level 5
Dragon- Level 3 and 4th level is the highest as this is a legendary card.

Here I am sharing the snapshot of these 6 summoners and the current value of all these summoner cards is over $550 but this is not high because I expect that in long run this value will grow and there will be no surprise if the total value cross few thousand dollars because we have seen same in the past and it can happen again as well.

I will need 3 more cards to make the dragon summoner on the highest level and soon I will try this because this is not just powerful but also a useful card in the game.

We know that it's a bear market and time to invest and build portfolios so investing in a leading game like splinterlands is surely a good idea. It's not that I am investing in-game cards only but I also invest in other tokens like SPS, Leo, CTP, etc. I have limited funds and this is why I try to invest a small amount in various things. Sometimes cards are tokens and even sometimes packs and it depends upon the market sentiment and what is available at a lower price. I even invested in DEC tokens and hold approx 25k tokens in my game account.

There was a time when my account value was almost 15k during the peak of the game when SPS was launched and now it's dropped a lot and even after quite a big investment, it's 2.5k USD. It means the card value is less and this is kind of an opportunity for long-term believers in the game. People say buy the dip and the same I am trying to do with splinterlands and every card is an NFT in the game and some cards having better abilities and less circulation grow a lot and this can bring a good earning opportunity. I will continue to do the same and probably this will be mostly with chaos legion cards and it's because the price is low and bring better and new abilities. Hope I can also buy a good bunch of legendary cards or some gold foil with my further investment.
