Missed Riftwatchers Pack Pre-Sale

Riftwatchers packs are called mini-edition packs in the game and this is why the splinterlands have kept the total supply on the lower side. The total supply is one of the parts that play an important role in any project or any coin. Less supply means the value is expected to go high and this is determined by the supply and demand ratio in the market. Apparently, in all the markets the price is determined by the demand and supply, and the same fundamentally applied splinterland game as well. The team has decided to keep the total supply at 3 million I am looking at the enthusiasm of the community it seems this is very low.

The presale was sold off in less than two minutes and I don't think that this type of response we can ignore. It simply means that the people who wanted to buy the packs did not get the opportunity to be part of and because of this they could not buy. The sale of 500K packs in less than two minutes is just amazing and clearly shows that the community is following the game and believe in whatever they come up with.

RW Pre-sale is Over

The pre-sale has been over and now the general sale is going on which will take some time of course to end. So I feel like the kind of response that has been given by the community proves that rift watchers are jamming the game and we need to grab as much as we can for the long term. These bags come with 43 new cards and it's expected that the value is going to increase as many new abilities are introduced. I wanted to buy the cars in presale but I was not lucky enough to be part of it because of the fast sold out.

My decision remains the same I will be buying the packs but I'm waiting for a better price for SPS tokens. Now because the presale benefit is already adjusted and whatever I buy will be eligible for the further airdrop and that will be unlocked at the sale of the next 500K packs.

My Plan to Buy

I am planning to buy packs between 50-100 and the pack cost is 5$ along with 1 voucher pack. These days the voucher token price is almost $1.00 so the total cost for one pack is going to be $6. The only way to buy the packs using the sps token and the price of sps is linked with the value so if the token price is high then we can get the pack at a less amount of sps tokens. This is why I'm keeping a tab on the price to see if the price grows further and this way I can get more packs for a lesser price. It's not what I think is going to happen but it is just a plan which I am thinking and if things go as per my plan then hopefully I will buy 100 packs but if not 100 then I will buy at least 50 packs to keep in my account.

I will be buying the packs to hold in my account and not to open because I expect that the price will go later and This is why it's better to hold for the long term. I will anyways buy the cards from the market later because probably I can get a better value in the market. The same strategy I followed with Chaos Legion. I did not invest much in the packs instead I did buy so many cards from the market because the price was low. The good thing is that when we buy the card from the market as we know what card we are buying and what benefit it is going to add to the game account. The opening pack is unpredictable and do not know what cards we are going to get.

I have upgraded all my summoners in chaos legion to level 6 except dragon. If things go well then probably I should be able to do the same with riftwatchers as well but not sure as of now. I will need time to think about it and plan my further strategy accordingly in the game with further investment. Riftwatcher has got a powerful summoner and I will buy this from the market because I hope that it will help me make my deck better
