Hello and Namaste Friends,

Hope you are doing well.
This week has just started and its time to share the battle for this week. I hope you are having a good time with your family and friends and also staying safe at the place wherever you are. I was not able to play much this weekend but today I played a lot and also played with the theme ard for this week's challenge. This is my splinterlands battle share post for this week. This season is ending today and ending in 6 days.

I am here to share the tips and strategies that I followed to win this battle. I played many battles today and now sharing it over here and I will play some battles after this post as well. I am in the bronze league and I need to play more battles to enter in silver league.

This week's theme card is Pirate Captain from water Splinter and this is a small mana card but a good one and I have this from the starter pack with me. I play with this card sometimes while playing with the water splinter.

Now Let's also have a look at the statistics for this card named Pirate Captain. We need to go through it to know more about the Pirate Captain card and figure out the capabilities of the card. It's a very important part to know about any card. Without going through stats it's difficult to conclude whether the card is good or not.
Pirate Captain is a common card from the water monster in the alfa and beta print edition. This card is available from levels 1 to 10 and it gets a total of 2 abilities until level 10.

My Cards Line-up and for the Battle Information.

I got 28 mana for this battle which is great and I could pick 6 cards including Kraken and Sea monster quite powerful cards and also picked Rulers of the seas which does a nice attack. I played the battle with EASH1 and the opponent player played with the fire monster. My cards played pretty well and this helped me to win the battle. Water is my preferred summoner because I have some nice cards and I win many battles with water.

  • Sea Monster
  • Pirate Captain
  • Medusa
  • Ruler of the Seas
  • Halfling Alchemist
  • Kelp Initiative

Sea Monster

Monster is quite a powerful card in water splinter and it does attack as well as restore its life after each shot. Keeping it part of the attacking team is very nice. if I have mana of over 20 then I try to pick it and for all high mana, it must pick for me. I kept it at the front because it can attack and also heal itself.

Pirate Captain

Pirate Captain is a common card in water monster and it cost 3 mana and it has 2 speeds and 3 life. I use this card sometimes while playing with the water monster. Since this is a low mana card so I prefer to use this card in the middle of the team.

Medusa

Medusa is a nice rare card water monster and its a magic card. Its from alfa and beta edition and costs 4 mana. Keeping this card in middle is the right move and I follow the same with most of my battles.

Ruler of the Seas

The best of this card is that it hits on two cards in one attempt and this is what makes this card special. the one I have is from Level 1 but it's pretty good and attacks nicely. I can say that this card is the one that attacks two cards in one attack.

Halfling Alchemist

Alchemist is a great addition to the battle because it does reduce the amount of attacking by 50% and that helps a lot to win the battle. It was released when bitcoin Halfling even was there and that's why its ability is influenced by Bitcoin.

Kelp Initiative

Kelp Initiate is one of the rare cards that I use to fill the Slot if I am left with 2 mana and since I own a level 1 card so it does not have any ability. It gets cleanse ability from level 3 but I can't use it since my summoner does not support it.

Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?

Whatever strategy I planned for this battle went pretty well and I won this battle. I will try more ways to play with it in future battles depending upon mana and theme.

Do you use the Pirate Captain often? Why or why not?

Pirate Captain is a pretty tiny but nice monster card that is surely worth upgrading to higher levels. I have played so many battles with this already and I pick it sometimes when I play with Pirate Captain monsters. I have got this card from the starter pack which is only payable in the account and I may think of upgrading it.
