SPS Reward distribution started for Nightmare & Lands holding

Recently I discussed the upcoming reward for land holding and am glad to share that this has not started. For the same was passed a couple of which before and finally the team has started distributing SPS tokens rewards. I think this is going to be one time reward in a month and it will keep on reducing month on month because of inflation. This was awaited and I am glad that it has started but I am not sure what calculation has taken place.

Today when I logged in to my account then I saw that there are 8.78 SPS tokens in land rewards showing in my account. There is also the reward for nightmare pets and the total I have received is 2.36 SPS open. So in total, I have got 11.14 for SPS for both holdings. If I remember the proposal correctly then it was mentioned that 40 SPS per month for each plot will be distributed. I hold 6 plots which means I expect approx 240 tokens in a month for the land holding. This amount will be on a pro-rata basis this month but still, I find the amount on the lower side. I am not sure if they will distribute in parts this month but will check it out if there is any possibility for another drop within the same month.

Below is the screenshot where I have shown my rewards received for both things and I will stake all the tokens. Anything that comes from holding these assets is like a bonus which I will try to deposit in my account. Soon this holding is also going to help in a different way that will bring airdrop. We know that airdrop that everyone likes in the crypto space and I am also the same. This is a good start I would say and I expected there to be many more benefits of holding the SPS in long term. I recently got to know that there is a daily reward for node licence holders. Then I checked the price for the licence in the market and it was approx 3500 hive tokens in hive-engine.

I have gone through a few of the posts in which it is mentioned that as of now the daily reward is 22 SPS and four voucher tokens for one licence holding. It is a good amount I think the notes validator licence should be happy. As of now, it is difficult for me to save whether I will be able to buy the licence or not but if there is a good price increase for the hive token then I might think about it. I still need to do some study about the licence that includes how it works and what are the possible rewards I can expect in the coming months. I know that the cost is used as per my holding and surely not easy for me to buy as of now. I will talk more about it in my future post but before that, I will prefer to have some time on this to enhance my understanding.

Now I accumulate SPS to come through various ways that include the token holding as well as these assets which are helping me to get a daily reward in form of SPS. I am not going to sell my SPS real soon because my goal is for the long term. I expect that this holding will bring great returns in long term and for the same reason I am holding everything that will stay here in staked form.
