SPS Staking Reward 50% APR - Buying and Staking

Splintershards (SPS) token airdrop is approaching the end and currently, it's left for 47 days only which means the remaining time is approx 1.5 months. Although the token price is low these days it's a good time to buy more and have a bigger stake. A bigger stake means more earning opportunities with the game but that is another thing and as of now I am focused on the APR that I am earning on my stake and even I am staking the daily reward.

At splinterlands, we have 3 tokens but SPS is the best one in terms of benefits since it's a governance token and it's launched with certain nice benefits and the team has bigger plans with this token which makes it a good to hold for the long run. Sometimes token benefits and rewards are much better than the current price and I believe SPS is the same and this is why I am more on to accumulation rather than selling and booking profit. We know that the current price is low but APR is 50% and this means a solid reward on the stake. We can earn even almost 100% of APR if we stake in polycub but since I don't have the polycub tokens so I can not avail of this and this is why I am staking an in-game account.

This is my current SPS holding and I have over 13k tokens. This may not be a big amount to many but for me, it means a lot and I am trying to accumulate as much as I can and I also see that SPS will reach the $1 price mark sooner or later. IT has already reached there and the end of the airdrop will take it forward hopefully. My immediate goal is to have 15k and later I want to make it 20kl which might take some time but I am on it and hopefully, I will be able to achieve it.

Splintershards (SPS) token price is down by over 13% in the last 24 hours and I placed my order in hive-engine for a slightly lower price and waiting if it gets filled. When not in hurry then I prefer to place an order and wait for the fulfillment. If the price drops further then there is a high probability to get it filled.

In my opinion, until the end of airdrop SPS can give us a buying opportunity but thereafter things will not remain like this. Believe it or not but I think SPS at less than 10 cents is always a great buying opportunity and the more we can grab we should if you believe in the project also with 50% apr this will increase significantly and that is an added bonus on the investment. I use hive-engine to buy because I find it easy to use and transfer between the splinterlands game account and hive-engine. The token is also listed in other exchanges like gate.io, crypto.com etc but I am comfortable with hive-engine or Leodex as of now.

So over I think that it's the best deal as of now to buy more and grow the stake while keeping the holding in stake to earn a decent earning. The apr of 50% is like 10 times what banks offer in India. This type of opportunity exists in crypto only and being a part of this space we can grab them. I am doing it because I believe in the project but please do your own research before you invest and this is not financial advice anyways.
