What if Splinterlands..........
Assets gets to see the ATH once again! I suppose, things would literally get so much interesting that words will not be sufficient to express those feelings. This bear market has significantly taught us a lot. If I am talking about myself, I have learned quite some valuable lessons over the year of 2022. How the sentiment plays a vital role and how the overall price action plays symphony and makes us take decisions in such crucial times! Overall, this year was a year of learnings!
Since we are talking about Splinterlands, lets talk about the things which are happening at the moment within the game and how am I preparing myself in this current situation. It is not secret that the price of Splinterlands assets are declining in terms of $ Dollar value! Which is making plenty of users tensed about the situation. But unlike any bear situation this is also a sort of test for us all. I am not implying to any sort of situations but stating facts here. After every bear, when the market gets back its form it will be another buzzing situation for us all.
Dark Energy Crystal (DEC)
DEC is another utility token within the game of Splinterlands, which holds a lot of value ingame. It has played its role and slowly it is being brought into our attention. By which I primarily mean to say, DEC is getting a lot of utility and in near future it will regain its position like it was suppose to be at. For starters DEC is meant to be a stable currency within the game which should hold the market price for $1 per 1000 DEC. But lately it has fallen down from its pegged value and it has been trying quite hard to get back to its pegged value. Some tight initiatives were taken as well by the team and the community to take t back to its pegged value. But seems like DEC is being quite a nuisance to get back to where it belongs.
The question might arise, why would someone hold DEC?
Since there are lot of important assets out there apart from DEC, why would someone hold DEC rather than the others! I honestly have no idea what to say at this point. But what I can say is, in coming future where the land update would completely change the course of this game it would literally change everything for us as well. Just imagine what is happening with brawls atm. In terms of rewards players are getting SPS in brawl winnings. It is happening and users are significantly happy with this update. This is happening to usually most of the top tier GUILDS. As they are getting the most rewards. Which happened due to the fact of having top and experienced players within the guild. Also the GUILD has been updated to max for many of them. Which is also playing a vital role within the game.
Not to forget that DEC was needed to upgrade those guild. Same sort of necessities would be needed when land expansion happens. And than we will be able to see how valuable DEC would become to us. So it is a matter of fact and time as of the moment for DEC to reach to its pegged value. How much DEC is enough? Nobody knows lol. As of now I am holding 0.7 million. I am trying to increase my holdings everyday!
CHAOS LEGION
Let's not forget about Chaos Legion. This set of cards has apparently received a lot of criticism. Due to the fact of being too much in the market. By that I mean there seems to be too many packs available in the market to get sold. Which is why burning mechanism is to be followed. I am speculating a lot of facts as of this moment. Until the next set of cards Rebellion gets into play, this set (CL) would be the last set to obtain. And make no mistake this set will be less and less available in the market. Since no new packs will be available the only way to obtain them would be via SL market. That is if someone sells the cards or the packs. Crisis would increase and price might take a hit as well.
On the other hand, since there were too many packs available for us from the SL team, I am also suspecting a lot of users are assuming this would happen and they all are holding packs in order to dump them in the market while the official sale gets to end. This is also a fact and people are in fact taking this into concern as well. But whatever happens I want a max Chaos Legion deck and also I want to hold some packs just in case history repeats itself. That is price of packs tanks once the official sale ends. Fingers crossed to that.
Validator Node License
I personally have seen what GALA nodes has achieved over the years. It has reached to a peak where only wealthy people can afford one of these masternodes. I really was excited about validator nodes from the very beginning. I missed the chance to obtain one GALA nodes but I thought, I have made it to my retirement fund via purchasing a validator node. But seems like things are not really working for our sake in this term. Which is the price of Node licenses are decreasing in hellish way.

In secondary market one node is available at less than a thousand bucks. Although, not much is available out there up for grab but I am indeed quite hopeful about this particular phase. I have invested for two nodes and I intend to hold them till SL exists. I intend on making this investment one of the memorable one for my gaming history.
RUNI
Do not forget this guy! I remember how much excited I was for this guy. I am indeed expecting a lot from this card. I am excited to see what the team comes up with for those who have collected the RUNI for themselves. Last I remember not 100% were sold. Which means RUNI gets more rare and lucky for us, for those who obtained a RUNI for themselves. I am thinking or making up, that there would be a special land just for RUNI holders! Only the people who owns RUNI can visit there and play matches in those land and get extra rewards for every match won. It is a possibility by the way. Lets see what comes out
At the end there are also other assets such as SPS, cards, land and so much more tokens which I desperately want to hold but I can not due to financial issues. But I am working towards obtaining them. Hopefully before any new update comes I would be able obtain few of these and just cherish them in the coming days.
And do not forget after every bear the bulls usually takes us to that height where every other person just wishes to be there. But they forget bears are the place where this sort of situations happens. So just sharing my thought and this is not any financial advice keep accumulating for the bulls! As that scenario would be something that you will cherish once it happens. I do not want to miss that opportunity!
