RE: Treating Splinterlands Rentals like a Job, for a day!

So that's $30 an hour - and let's face it, this is 'work' in the most slackest and loosest sense of the word!

I'd argue that its work that is WORK.
I'd rather a hard day of labour (alright maybe not a hard day of labour day but a day).

SO MUCH CLICKING but as you noted, its worth it. I haven't even started to optimize my Rentals yet but I been getting around 1,500-3,000 at the start of a season. That is a small amount compared to my nearly 35,000 DEC at the EOS (*$500 USD). I even forgot to relist some cards and had an abundance listed at too high prices. Not getting rentals on two GFL stung a little but its all a learning experience.

Pretty similar to mine - the cards you hold varies a lot - I find mine ranges from 8K deck to 30K at the end.

Yeah, my card levels are all over the place. Early on I seen the value in holding level one cards vs. leveled cards so kept as many at level one as possible and only levled what I needed to get to champion league. Too bad I didn't see the forsight to max a set on top of them but live and learn.
