Let Me Tell You What

SPS is what is going on. You can see the new Splinterlands governance token listed on CoinMarketCap via clicking---> https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/splinterlands/. This means more eyes on Splinterlands. Everyone wants in on the Airdrop that will award these SPS tokens. Holding Splinterlands assets is the only way to earn these SPS governance tokens so everything Splinterlands related is shooting up in value.

How High Can This Stuff Go

I have no clue but something tells me we haven't hit the ceiling yet. As already mentioned DEC value has increased to over 5 Times is orginal value. If you are a holder of DEC, congrats you are likely sitting on a nice pile of cash.

Card prices (as good as they are) still haven't caught up to the hike in DEC. This means that if DEC prices hold or increase its very likely we see some drastic card price increases very soon. This is because all Splinterlands cards have a set DEC value.

When the USD of DEC reaches around or equal to the DEC value a card is worth it causes a card purchasing frenzy. This is currently happening as there was a card purchased just hours ago for less than its DEC value.

DEC went 10X in the last 24 hours! It's fallen back some in the last hour, but that's still an amazing increase. I've been thinking about SPS and I think we will see $0.15 SPS by this time next year if the overall crypto market remains fairly stable. A lot of that prediction is based on Axie's performance in the last 6 months and Splinterlands current user growth rate.

I wouldn't be surprised if SPS increases past $0.15. Its a strange time as its hard to know if we should be selling at these prices or buying using DEC before DEC price drops back down (if it drops back down) or is Holding for maximum SPS tokens the right move. For now I have removed all my cards from market in which I had for sale.

My Legendary Water Summoner sold for $250*. I purchased two Legendary Selenia's for $60 each and kept the rest in DEC. Looking at the market looks like Selenia Sky is up to $90 already with one more purchase pushing it to $100.

I agree, we could see SPS way above $0.15 in the initial release grab and if the overall Crypto market really heats up like in January 2018. That's why I tried to move past all that and look at what a stable price might be next July as the airdrop is winding down. If things get crazy , I wouldn't be suprised if we see $2 SPS or more in the interim.
