This video shows the end of season reward my wife received at the end of season and the reward was Very Poor!!

She received:
*5 x Credits
3 x Potions

My wife is a Bronze Level III player with 340 Power. This power is after I have given her a few cards as a gift!!

How does @splinterlands expect new players to grow in the game with such poor rewards???

I hear the argument that it is a #Play3Earn game and people need to invest in the game to progress. @Splinterlands further states that there are many nice games that people can play everywhere, without investing and that if they don't want to invest they should go and play those games!!

I think this is a short-sighted view by @splinterlands!!

@Splinterlands further states that the poor rewards is to curb the card farming by Bots in the Bronze levels!! I don't understand this card farming as in Bronze level one can only receive one card a day through quests. (I am not very clued up with these types of things) I believe they should find another technical solution to remove the Bots!!

I think people will first grow in the game before starting to invest as all players do get a Hive account, where they can generate funds to invest in Splinterlands. It is really not nice to play an entire season and only receive 5 credits and not a single card!! The cheapest card today is costing 157 credits, thus if all remains the same a new player needs to win 30 season rewards to purchase the cheapest almost worthless monster!!

I think one should make it easier for new players to at least grow to the silver league, to make it interesting for them.

I am no expert, but I think new players will get discouraged if they must invest a lot to progress in the game!! I further believe we need the new players to grow the game, we need to keep them positive to spread the word in order to attract even more players, the investments will then come by itself!!

I am a Diamond level played and find the cards very expensive even for me to purchase, how will a poor Bronze level player feel??

I believe we must look after new players to grow the game or eventually the game will just die a slow death!!

What are your views on this??

Keep on Battling and enjoy the game!!

I don't actually understand the bots farming at Bronze level, so it will be difficult to judge whether the decision Splinterlands has made is the right one.

I do however think it's now very difficult for new players to rise up the leagues. I even had to delegate a card to one of the new players today which I see his trying to grow but the rewards are kind of discouraging.
I hope Splinter comes up with a way of keeping new players motivated.

Many times i have tried to join here but found similarly that you have statement here, on social media i have also played that type of others game but winning rate is very poor as i am not buying resources to competition with others and left the game as it feels worthless and time wasting. I am not saying splinterlands be like that but a free version is must there to learn and earn, so people's are engaging more of its. Investing and playing is make few difference.
