My 34th Season

I ended the current season with an 8.83% Capture Rate. That’s the lowest since I started playing Splinterlands in August 2021.

My rating was 2,710. I need 90 points more to end the season again at Diamond III, but my Capture Rate tells me that I should conclude this season one league short, only at Gold I.

The last season, I was able to reach Diamond III. I thought it would be easy to accomplish the same thing this season. I was wrong.

My 34th Season

If I am not mistaken, the just concluded season is my 34th. Though the reward is not that impressive, I am grateful for that 14.237 SPS, 665 Merits, and 1 Chaos Legion Pack. With 665 additional Merits, I can buy another Gladius pack. My staked SPS now is 3,296.

As I opened the Chaos Legion pack, 40 points were added to my Collection Power (CP), from one rare and 4 common cards.

After opening the CL pack, I went straight to the Guild Store and used that 665 Merits, and bought one Gladius pack.

Eighty points were added to my CP from 1 rare water splinter and 4 common gladiators. A total of 120 CP were added to my account.

Gaming Tokens Update

GLX

Last 18 December, my GLX stakes were 133.503. After twelve days, my stakes increased by 51.15% to 201.797. 68.294 were added to my holdings.

The market price of the token is now 0.123 SWAP.HIVE or $0.03. The last time I checked, it was 0.126 SWAP.HIVE.

The market capital of the token also dropped from $56.5M to $47.6M. Despite the speculation that surrounds this token, it is part of my plan to increase my holdings to 10,000 before the release of the alpha game by 2024.

WOO

We still have to wait for seven months to see if the alpha game will be released in the third quarter of 2023. As I shared in my last report, it was my goal to stake at least 100,000 WOO power. I still have six months to achieve that.

For the last 12 days, I increased WOO by 47.04% from 10,201 to 15,000. 85,000 more to hit my 100k target before July next year.

SPT

As for SPT, I increased my delegation to 100,000 to @lolz.spt. I think it is more productive this way than doing the tribe curation myself. All the LOLZ tokens that I will be farming from this delegation will be used to increase my CTP stakes.

After 12 days, my SPS Power increased by 6.80% from 3,086 to 3,296. Still, a long way to go to reach that 10,000 goal.

DEC

As I shared in my last report, by selling selected gold cards and buying 35,000 DEC, I was able to hit 150,000 Collection Power required for Gold II. I reached it earlier than my original deadline. The goal now is Gold I with 200,000 CP.

Moreover, I also revived the gaming account of my second son, @kopiko-blanca, to compensate for the waiting period. To maximize the fees I paid for renting cards, I only do Ranked Battles together with Brawls. While waiting for my Capture Rate to recover, I intend to use my son's account. I already delegated a substantial amount of Resource Credits and transferred cards equivalent to 2,600 plus Collection Power (CP).

So far, that's how my 34th season ended and the updates on my gaming tokens. This is a great way to conclude 2022.
