It is good to use Monsters with high Health for the Noxious Fumes rule! 😏

If the Summoner Cards are leveled up, they increase the maximum level of Monsters that are used in battle. 🤔 If the Monster Cards are leveled up, they either increase their Attack, Speed, Health, gain a new Ability, or any of the combinations, but they are limited by the Summoner Level. 🤓
