Sustain the Damage with Healing Abilities to Last on Noxious Fumes Ruleset
Introduction
Hello there! @saydie here, playing Splinterlands everyday!
This will be my second entry for this week's Battle Mage Secrets with the featured ruleset Noxious Fumes. This is a ruleset where all monsters gets poisoned in the beginning of the round.
The Battle that I will show to you for this week was from @bltzr-wizard-726 which is the scholar account I'm playing from Balthazar Guild in partnership with Side Door Ventures and was currently playing on Diamond League of the Modern format.
But before I reveal my battle, let us learn more about this ruleset.
Noxious Fumes
Noxious Fumes | All Monsters start the battle Poisoned. Using monsters with Healing abilities, Immunity, Rebirth and Cleanse are the best choice. Can also use monsters with Resurrect for the revived monster will be automatically cleansed of Poison. |
Some Useful Cards for Noxious Fumes Ruleset
When selecting a team, it's preferable to use summoners or monsters with Cleanse so it can remove the Poison or Heal so that it can recover the health of the poisoned monster. Monsters with Immunity cannot be affected with the poison affliction while Resurrect will revive a monster and remove the Poison status and Rebirth was a self resurrect ability but it was currently exclusive on Runi. Scavenger and Life Leech could also help cause it will increase the max health of the monster that would allow it to survive much longer in battles.

Battle Recap
Here is a replay of the battle which at you can watch at Splinterlands.
Did My Strategy Work?
Because monsters were poisoned due to the effect of the Noxious Fumes ruleset, it was better to use monsters with abilities that can restore health to sustain the damage that they receive not only to the Poison but also from the opponent attacks and this can highly affect the result of the battle.
That was it for this post. Thank you and see you at the next one.
