Sup everyone, I believe some of you guys just went through a good trip in 420 holiday. Time flies, we have been through one-third of 2022 and it was really a though year for most of us I believe. It is never easy to make a precise investing decision in the market.Here's just some random ideas and recap of my process on building up my portfolios.

General View

Hive

  • For Hive, we can figure out that it is still within the uptrend in large time-frame
  • Good thing is that we can see that there is a slight increment in RSI, compare to the lowest price in last three months
  • Be-aware of the US Index in general. There are still lots of uncertainties, the cost-side inflation, Federal Funds Rate, War and so on.....
  • DON'T be too bullish in macro environment.

Daily average players

  • Generate from PeakMonsters.
  • A decline since March slightly.
  • Also leads to the issue of declining transactions volumes and battles.

Active Rentals

  • Active Rentals: 1,512,120 / $7,095 daily amount
  • One interesting fact is that the rental pumps higher and higher when it comes to the season end.
  • Indicates that players are willing to rent cards for better rewards for EOS.

SPS Airdrop

  • Only 96 days left

  • With the increment of SPS supply, the benchmark of SPS airdrop point has risen. We now need more Airdrop points for a single SPS drop.

  • A good sigh that there are more SPS been staked than the liquid one in market.
  • It means that the Vouchers are still attractive for investors/players for further utilities (although uncertain form my point of view).

My staked SPS

  • First of all, I did NOT buy any single SPS from the market. It means that all my SPS are generated by the SPS airdrop everyday since I started Splinterland. So that I am actively manage to maximize my SPS airdrop in many ways as I mentioned.

  • Currently I only staked 450 of my SPS to get some regular Vouchers drop on daily basis.

  • Average 0.025 daily Voucher for me.

Focus of today: DEC liquidity pool

  • Today is a milestone for me since I just hit 100k DEC in my liquidity pool.
  • The liquidity pool doubles my SPS aridrop points which is pretty attractive for me.
  • I reinvest my SPS from my daily airdrop to the LP on a daily basis to enlarge the power of compound interest.

Caution: The most common risk that liquidity providers could face is that of impermanent loss. In simple terms, impermanent loss means that the fiat value of a user’s crypto assets deposited to a pool could decline over time.

  • With noticing the risk, I am fine with both SPS and DEC so that I just use dollar cost averaging method to put my money in brainless and enjoy the reward.
  • The most important point for me is the term 'Liquidity' which also applicable for me since I can get my SPS and DEC back whenever I want. Unlike the staked SPS that I need to wait 28 days for unlocking process. It is definitely a huge advantage for me.

Lot of good points there Scream. Don't be too bullish is right, i feel you there. Market can shit on us quickly and things are shaky but uncertain.

Yep, the market started to shit since the latest speech of Powell last week. The support of US index is kinda fragile and bearish.

Thank you for reading this. Hopefully all of us can go through all of this and reach another ALL TIME HIGH in the coming future. I believe that's what we want exactly. The key factor for gamfi is the player base and macroeconomic stability. Still, there are lots of uncertainty for now.

I agree. I work for the company as an independent contractor and while I get to see some of the behind the scenes stuff, the majority of it is revealed during the Town Halls.

I think that if we delay the release of any new cards, there will be a lot more cards burnt over time, increasing scarcity.

That's the inevitable process. I do not worry on that and it takes time to finish the whole thing.

My concern is all about the player base of splinterland and macroeconomic in the coming say 1-2 years in gamefi. Also I mentioned a little bit on that in my previous blogs.
