The topic of lands.... how did i manage to sell the top at usd 800 each and how did i know? Well i didn't... i just saw the people were getting overzealous (first sign is people calling for 100k btc at 69k) and thats always a sign to sell, its common sense. I sold 15x lands at usd 800 ish, i did not sell all. Now i am buying them back as usd 400 ish. Why didnt i sell all my lands? Because i have full conviction they will be worth more than usd 800 when they release the full utility of the lands.
People talk about buying low selling high... but usually they dont their decisions are governed by fear and greed. I try never to tell people when to buy or sell because in the end they will blame you.

For sure, you hit it just about right on the head... When Land-Plot Claims touched around 900$ my son became very insistent that I should maybe sell again, but I am/was certain - as you seem to be - that Splinterlands Land-Plots eventually will go to 1,000-1,500$.
And I'm just holding on to mine... No flipping here.
A smutch of envy that I didn't listen to logic over feeling... For sure. But you just can't win them all :-)
