Daily Quest - Harvester Card <-What does the Harvester do?

You gotta love it when the Daily Quest yields a card to add the your deck. In this case yesterday's Daily Quest gave me the Harvester card. This is the second time I have gotten this card and I figured it was time to learn more about it.

So, I went to Splinterlore https://www.splinterlore.com/character-profiles which took me over to PublishOx. I may be searching in the wrong place or perhaps missing where the lore and abilities are for the Harvester.
