Melee Fire Inferno - Splinterlands
MELEE FIRE INFERNO
Rule Set
Mana Cap: 42
Aim True: Melee and Range attacks can't miss
Spreading Fury: All monsters have Enrage ability
Splinters allowed: Fire, Earth, Dragon
Strategy
Despite the availability of the Earth Splinter, which meant my opponent could put together a magic team-- I decided to go for a melee heavy team due to the rule set since melee attacks wouldn't miss and due to them becoming potentially stronger because everyone had the Enrage ability. I picked Tarsa as summoner due to her increasing melee and health, Living Lava with Shield ability in 1st position, Fineas Rage with Reach ability in 2nd position, Serpentine Spy with Opportunity in 3rd position, Tenyii Striker with Sneak in 4th position, Sandworm also with Sneak ability in 5th position, and Disintegrator with Intimidate ability in 6th position.
Opponent's Line-up
My opponent went with Obsidian as summoner, Unicorn Mustang with Void ability in 1st position, Regal Peryton in 2nd position with Flying ability in 2nd position, Goblin Psychic with Tank Heal ability in 3rd position, Venari Spellsmith with Dispel ability in 4th position, Elven Mystic in 5th position, and Mycelic Slipspawn with Taunt ability in 6th position.
