My Server Outage Reward

• Last night hours after the Splinterlands server outage and my going to sleep, I was awoken by the sudden but happy yelping of one of my dogs having puppy dreams. It sounded like a funny series of whistling interrupted by really quiet barks.

• Anyway, I took the opportunity to do something important like check the Splinterlands server—and thankfully it was up and working! It was a tough choice, go back to sleep or maybe earn a brand new card since I didn’t get to complete my daily quest earlier after dinner … so I did the responsible thing and stayed up twenty or thirty minutes doing a Sneak challenge. After winning five battles, I was graciously awarded with a nice FIFTEEN crystals which felt like very generous apology for the game’s server outage earlier. I know it was probably entirely random but nonetheless it put a nice smile on my face. This game is truly nonstop fun.

Hope you’re all having a wonderful day. It’s drizzling a little here but it’s nice and quiet—except for the occasional growling of my dogs wrestling/play fighting.

PS: Don’t forget to go outside and get some fresh air :) My secret in doing so without interrupting my Splinterlands time is to walk around the yard and play the game while my dogs bark at me if they need me to pick up and throw their ball lol
