Hallo Leute,

Ich biete einen Vermietungsservice für Splinterlands Kartensammlungen an. Profitiere schon morgen von einer entspannten, passiven Mietrendite durch deine Splinterlands Kartensammlung!

Der Vermietungsservice beinhaltet die tägliche Vermietung der gewünschten Karten.

Idealerweise besitzt du einen zweiten Account mit allen Karten die vermietet werden sollen.
Sollte ein Account aktiv gespielt werden, muss ich mir vorher anschauen, welchen Aufwand es benötigt die Karten manuell zum vermieten zu trennen.
Da für die Vermietung lediglich der Posting-Key notwendig ist, kann ich keine unerlaubten Finanztransaktionen mit euren DEC/SPS oder Karten durchführen.
Bitte beachte, dass du für die Collection Power entsprechend genügend Resource Credits zur Verfügung hast. Eure Karten sollten auf dem "Mietaccount" dauerhaft gelocked sein, eine Vermietung der Karten ist trotzdem weiterhin möglich!
Für meine Arbeit während des Vermietens eurer Karten nehme ich eine pauschale Provision in Höhe von 10% aller verdienten DEC durch Mieteinnahmen!
Eine Vermietung der Karten ist erst ab einer Collection Power ab 250.000 Power möglich!
Diese Vorteile erwarten dich:

1. Du kannst die Vermietung täglich kündigen.
2. Perfekt für inaktive Zeiten durch Urlaub oder fehlender Motivation.
3. Maximale Mietrendite durch tägliche Preisanpassungen.
4. Umfassende Marktkenntnisse über den Kauf- und Mietmarkt von Splinterlands.
5. Die Bezahlung erfolgt nach Season Ende. Ja ich gehe mit meiner Arbeit in Vorleistung. Bitte nutzt dies nicht aus!

Die Provision errechnet sich nach dem Season Ende mit splinterstats.
Bsp: Ich erwirtschafte für eine Season 150.000 DEC als Miete mit euren Karten. Da eine Season ca. 15 Tage geht nehmen wir den erwirtschafteten Wert und teilen ihn durch 15.
Ich erwirtschafte also 10.000 DEC pro Tag als Miete. Als Provision würde in diesem Beispiel 1.000 DEC pro Tag anfallen.
Die Bezahlung erfolgt nach jedem Season Ende entsprechend der Miet Tage aus dem obigen Beispiel!

For my work while renting out your cards I take a flat commission of 10% of all earned DEC through rentals! The rental service of the cards is only possible from a collection power of 250.000 Power and higher! These advantages await you:

1. You can cancel the rental service daily.
2. Perfect for inactive times due to vacation or lack of motivation.
3. Maximum rental yield through daily price adjustments.
   4.Extensive market knowledge of the Splinterlands buying and rental market.
   5.Payment will be made after season end. Yes I am working on advance. Please do not take advantage of this!

The commission is calculated after the season end with splinterstats.
Example: I earn 150.000 DEC as rent for one season with your cards. Since a season lasts about 15 days we take the earned value and divide it by 15.
So i earn 10.000 DEC per day as rent. The commission in this example would be 1.000 DEC per day.
The payment is made after each season end according to the rental days from the above example!
