A low mana card that is an excellent choice for your collection and your battles

Hello everyone, in this post I will talk about a Splinterlands card that is not very common to be used and although it seems "weak" at low levels it is incredibly strong at high levels in my opinion and the best thing is that the cost mana is pretty low so you can use it in pretty much all your battles because you won't have to worry too much about the amount of mana available. This card is the Venari Scout and if you are a Venaris collector then you should already have it in your collection.

Venari Scout is a card from the earth deck that you find looking for the chaos legion edition, its mana cost is 3 and I consider it low as I mentioned before but at level 1 which is your starting level it is not the type of card that draws a lot of attention because it only has 1 attack, 2 speed and 3 health so it's a card that can be considered "weak" even with that mana cost. He also has 2 abilities that I find very useful in a battle and that help him a lot to be a powerful card at higher levels.

The first of his abilities is Opportunity which makes him attack the opponent's low health card and he has it since level 1 so even if his attack is low the fact of attacking a low life card gives him a chance to be useful defeating card attack, but at higher levels this ability gets even better on him because his attack increases.

The second of its abilities is the Dodge that appears from level 6, it makes the Venari Scout have a +25% chance to dodge melee and ranged attacks. As it is a card that doesn't have much health, this ability will be very useful since the opponent has melee and ranged cards in battle is very common. At higher levels where he has more health he can also be used as a defense against cards that have the Sneak ability, just place the Venari Scout in the last position and he will do very well because in addition to this ability his speed increases at higher levels.

In terms of abilities I consider Venari Scout excellent because they are great abilities and it is a common card with a low mana cost so in my view having this card in your collection even if you are not a Venaris collector is a good decision.

Let's take a look now at the general statistics of the Venari Scout card.

In the image above you can better see all the statistics of the Venari Scout card, including its levels and abilities. To access this part just click on the card and go to the Stats part, I will leave the main information about it below.

Edition: Chaos Legion
Rarity: Common
Deck: Earth
Attack type: Melee
Abilities: Opportunity and Dodge
Mana Cost: 3
Power: 5 ( 1 BCX )

As it is a card with a low mana cost and has excellent stats and abilities, it is a great decision to have as an investment and also in your battles, but I am considering that its usefulness is greater at higher levels and for that you you will need to have several of his cards to level up. Now if you consider it at lower levels I still consider it a good card if you are going to use it in low leagues like bronze or silver because even if your attack is not high your Opportunity ability and its low mana cost will be very useful for you in battles, but be careful when placing him because at low levels he doesn't have the Dodge ability and his health is low.

But let's talk about values which is also an important topic to mention in Splinterlands and the question is: what is the price of the Venari Scout and is it worth having it for that price?.

Let's start by talking about the price of the card.

VALUE

The current price of Venari Scout at the time this post is being published is $0.059 and I consider it a very low price for an amazing card like it, but this is due to the fact that the chaos legion packs are still being sold in the shop of splinterlands and this greatly limits the value of the cards in this edition currently, so when the packs run out, cards like the Venari Scout and many others from this edition that are amazing in battle will have their prices much higher than these.

But I should also mention that the price of it, even having chaos legion packs for sale, is very low compared to other cards of the same rarity and edition, so I believe that players have not yet seen the potential of this incredible card, I believe it still have a lot to grow in the future, perhaps more than most have.

In the weekly chart that Peakmonster provides, it shows 4413 cards were sold this week alone and this is a lot for a common card and also shows a slight upward trend but this is common because the chaos legion edition cards have very volatile prices so ideal thinking in the short term is to plot an average price of this card and buy it when it's below it because it will probably go up in value again just like it happened countless times in the last few weeks. For the long term the current price is not very relevant because if you believe in the potential of this card for when the packs are finished being sold then its price will probably be higher than what you are paying now, but it's always good to buy when it's cheap to maximize your earnings.

In relation to Venari Scout being a good choice of card for this value I believe so because cards with low mana cost and strong like him are very useful in battles because having little mana available is something common and its price in relation to other common cards of the same edition is low so I believe it still has a lot of financial potential for the future.

Remembering that every investment has its risks and this is not an investment tip, just my opinion about the card and its financial potential for the future.

LORE

Venari Scouts are stealthy, silent, and dangerous. They are often dispatched alone or in small groups to spy, assassinate, or sabotage.
The Venari Scout watched the trail from the shadows of the forest. She watched, and she waited.

She stood motionless as travelers on horseback, on foot, and riding wagons passed by. The hours marched on, and still she did not move.

The sun reached the zenith of its ascent and fell toward the western sky. Still, she did not move.

Then, finally, as the shadows grew long and day became dusk, a horse-drawn carriage came trundling down the trail. Armored men and women, also on horses, surrounded it. Knights of the Silver Shield.

As it drew alongside her, the Venari Scout whistled sharply, and the earth surrounding the trail and the little caravan exploded. Sheets and tarps covered in dirt and underbrush slid from the shoulders of the other Venari Scouts who had lain hidden beneath them in wait. They rushed toward the troop of knights.

So too did the scout who had signaled them. She ran past the mounted knights, who were slashing blindly at their attackers while their horses whinnied and reared up in fear. She yanked the door of the carriage open, and slid inside to find a dapper youth dressed in royal garments cowering against the opposite door.

The Venari Scout drew her dagger. The young man let out a scream that was drowned out by the sounds of combat outside.

Another contract fulfilled.
