Splinterlands Sit N Gos

Today I want to talk about Splinterlands Sit N Gos!

I made a post 2 years ago first trying to get Sit N Gos (or Starts when full) tournaments.

How Sit N Go tournaments on Splinterlands would be a GAME CHANGER!

If you have not heard of Sit N Gos... They are basically smaller tournaments that start when they are full instead of at a certain time or even anytime.

This style of tournament is popular in Poker, but it is definitely NOT the same thing.

Splinterlands is a competitive eSports blockchain game, and we have the ability to allow professional eSports players and teams to really earn big here!

I have tweaked the payout structure, but as an example the tournaments could look like this.

16 player Sit N Go
Entry Fee: 1,000 DEC

1st place - 10,000 DEC
2nd place - 4,000 DEC
3rd place - 1,000 DEC
4th place - 1,000 DEC

Then we could have ALL types of leagues and variations with editions and other parameters.

But the main idea is that a skilled player with a decent deck (rented or owned) could have the ability to 10x their money in about an hour! (4 rounds)

Now the exciting part is that we can have some that are $1 (1000 DEC) buy-in or even something like a $1000 (1,000,000 DEC) buy-in with some CRAZY payouts!

The point is that this is possible right now, and now we do have this option.

Some people might think Sit N Gos are gambling because it is usually a Poker thing, but that is just a style of tournament and this is just a faster & more efficient way to play2earn!

I feel like it would be great if the Splinterlands' team can set up 1 for every league and automate them so as soon as one completes it automatically uses those fees to open a new one, and that way there is always one to join anytime of the day!

I talked to @bulldog1205 about this, and he said he could start setting these up for the Splinterlands TV live streams as well!

It does not have to be only the Splinterlands team either to host these!

Anyone can pay the $2 creation fee and make their own, and even add a fee to cover your costs or even make a profit from each one you host!!

Conclusion

I have been a part of this community since the beginning, and I truly believe if Sit N Go tournaments take off... We can really see Splinterlands go ballistic in the eSports world, and basically allow ANYONE to become a professional eSports player!
