Considerations
1-What is SPLINTERTALK? Splintertalk is the social network of Splinterlands, a blockchain-based trading card game. Its operation and graphical interface is similar to Hive.Blog. By making posts and writing comments you can earn SPT tokens. Inside there is a "wallet" section. In this section you can see the SPT tokens you own and the SPT Power. SPT tokens are the tokens in the social network, while SPT Power tokens are the SPT tokens you are staking. The operation of SPT and SPT Power tokens is very similar to the operation of Hive and HP (Hive Power) tokens. SPT tokens are liquid, while SPT Power tokens are staked within the platform and the more you have, the more influence you have in the social network. To reconvert SPT Power tokens you will need to do an operation called Power Down. I assume that the rules for Power Down are the same as for HP Power Down (Hive Power). 2-Today I bought GOBLIN FIREMAGE for 1511 DEC. Its current market value is 1.45$. In this week I managed to win about 3000 DEC by challenging opponents and I thought I would invest these DEC in the purchase of this card. Goblin Firemage, at level 1, has a 1 spell attack, a mana cost of 4, and at level 1 has the "Dispel" ability. When a card with "Dispel" hits another card, the attacking card loses all positive effects that enemy card has.

3-Today the value of the DEC is $0.0009 (on June 16, 2021 the DEC was worth $0.0013) and in the list of the most capitalized tokens it is in the 5116th position (10 days ago it was in the 4980th position). Its value has dropped in about 10 days by 24%. I did not expect this drop as on June 11 it had touched the value of $0.002. The DEC price was taken from the following link:

Conclusions
Blockchain gaming is extremely fun, especially Splinterlands. In my opinion Splinterlands is the best game built on blockchain currently out there. However, you have to understand that blockchain gaming is an investment, so be careful how you approach this new world of blockchain gaming.

1-Cos’è SPLINTERTALK? Splintertalk è il social network di Splinterlands, gioco di carte collezionabili basato su blockchain. Il suo funzionamento e l’interfaccia grafica è simile ad Hive.Blog. Facendo post e scrivendo commenti si possono guadagnare token SPT. Al proprio interno c’è una sezione “wallet”. In questa sezione si possono vedere i token SPT che si possiedono e gli SPT Power. I token SPT sono i token del social network, mentre gli SPT Power sono i token SPT messi in “staking”. Il funzionamento dei token SPT e SPT Power è del tutto simile al funzionamento dei token Hive e HP (Hive Power). I token SPT sono liquidi, mentre i token SPT Power sono all’interno della piattaforma in staking e più se ne possiedono e più si ha influenza nel Social Network. Per riconvertire dei token SPT Power bisognerà fare un’operazione chiamata Power Down. Suppongo che le regole del Power Down siano le stesse che ci siano per fare un Power Down di HP (Hive Power). Oggi, ho iniziato ad usare Splintertalk ed ho fatto subito un power up di 200 SPT. Credo che a breve farò dei Power Up molto più consistenti. 2-Oggi ho comprato GOBLIN FIREMAGE al prezzo di 1511 DEC. Il suo valore attuale di mercato è 1,45$. In questa settimana sono riuscito a vincere circa 3000 DEC sfidando gli avversari ed ho pensato di investire questi DEC nell’acquisto di questa carta. Goblin Firemage, a livello 1, dispone dell’attacco di magia da 1, ha un costo mana di 4 ed a livello 1 possiede l’abilità “Dispel”. Quando una carta con l’abilità “Dispel” colpisce un’altra carta, la carta che subisce l’attacco perde tutti gli effetti positivi che quella carta nemica possiede.

3-Oggi il valore del DEC è di 0.0009 $ (il 16 Giugno 2021 il DEC valeva 0.0013 $) e nella lista dei token con più capitalizzazione è nella 5116esima posizione (10 giorni fa era nella 4980esima posizione). Il suo valore è calato in circa 10 giorni del 24%. Non mi aspettavo questo calo visto che l’11 Giugno aveva toccato il valore di 0.002$. Il prezzo del DEC è stato preso dal seguente link:

Conclusioni
Il gaming su blockchain è estremamente divertente, soprattutto Splinterlands. A mio avviso Splinterlands è il miglior gioco costruito su blockchain attualmente in circolazione. Bisogna comunque comprendere che il gaming su blockchain è un investimento, quindi attenzione anche all’approccio che si ha nei confronti di questo nuovo mondo che è il Gaming su Blockchain.
