Is the Dr. Blight worth buying???

Before starting of the presale of the new card packs from the Splinterlands,Ihave planned to buy 100 CL packs in the presale. I have sum up more than 3000 SPS for staking in the game. But the hype and the high price of the voucher, I couldn't manage to buy 50 packs from the presale. But I sold all the voucher and added some money to buy a Land plot at 750 bucks. I have take this decision by considering the following concerns.

1. Is the Dr. Blight going to be more expensive than the PLOT in Splinterland?
2. Though I am loosing some 1 airdrop but the later, I can get all other airdrops.
3. Is the renting of PLOT going to lower than Dr. Blight, I don't think so.
4. In near future the land expansion will give me multiple profit if I sel my PLOT and buy back some Dr. Blight!
   What do you think guys about my thinking?
