Steem Monsters Daily Tip + 500 DEC Daily Give Away #194(NO UP-VOTE RE-STEEM FOLLOW REQUIRED)
Another day another 500 DEC to give away. Just a friendly reminder that my tournement goes like is a couple of hours so good luck.
Daily Tip: With the new untamed cards giving new ability's and strategies it will be well worth your time to go and look at all of the new ability's even if you don't have untamed cards. You might not use the cards but you will be defending against them. Lets look at a couple together.
Taunt: attacks will be focused on this monster if available. Use this monster in conjunction with high damage low health cards. this will keep them safe allowing you to wreak shop.
Head Winds: this is not new but more prevalent and very use fun yet under used. the untmed cards have some really gigh rang damage and can be difficult to over come with a high mana limit. Head wind lowers the damage of all ranged attacks and is a necessity with rang only rule sets.
Redemption: this will cause an explosion when this card dies and dose 2 damage to all enemy's cards. If set up right this is a great way to clear the battle field of all low level cards and can be the nail in the coffin.
These are just a few so go check out some more of them and fine tune your strategy.

fire is good with the new heal
I like the one that attacks the lowest health, so maybe earth is better
I'm using fire more times but water still my prefered splinter. As I bougth some packs now I have some good untamed cards.

same here, water is a beast splinter
I use life and water a lot. The opportunity ability is one of my favorites.
same here and with water you can use two caards to give plus 1 mele

They nerfed the redemption: now it only causes 1 point of damage. I was using more the black splinter, but not anymore after the nerf.

okay cool thanks for the heads up, they have not updated it on the ability chart.
Definitely fire has some great cards. I just lack a high level fire summoner.

As @ronaldoavelin said after the last update, the Redemption deals 1 damage.
I believe that the developers acted incorrectly in relation to those who bought cards precisely because of damage 2.
From the old I really like the Blast with the rule Malee Mayhem for poems of fire.
Of the new cards, I like Serpentine Spy because I need a little mana and attack from any position because of the opportunity

I use the Chain Glolum a lot... its a solid card for many play styles!
yeah it can be sued in most situations as the best tank
I use fire more too and life less.
I'm using Dragon more now with the new Untamed.
Opportunity is one of my fave skills on the new cards :-) Redemption is fun -if you are the one dealing it. The receiving end??? ehh... not so much. lol
