Being a great listener
I love this point as I'm learning to be a good listener. Some people have the natural ability to be amazing listeners, while others have to work hard at it. I've heard that there are simple ways to become a better listener without too much effort; all it takes is practice, attitude, and patience.

Practice attitude and patience and it all starts with from the mind.
Once I can see myself being a good listener in my mind and I put it to practice in reality, I'm surely going to achieve the goal.
