I am thinking the opposite. It allows everyone have a chance especially against bots and new whales who can drop loads of money and scoop up all the packs and resell them at a higher price. This way, at least everyone has a chance no matter if you have a small or big collection …. As long as you hold a voucher, you can get your pack + $4. The other thing you can look into is the general sale which doesn’t require a voucher unless you are buying in bulk and have bonus packs which those require vouchers

It doesn't allow everyone the chance though. You have to earn or buy vouchers with significant money to get a meaningful amount of them to use to then buy packs. The fear of pack FOMO may be a way they've rationalized this to the community, but I'd imagine there could easily be a way to accomplish the same thing without a financial commitment from those who want to buy packs without all the strings. Essentially those who want to wait have to wait for 2 rounds before the privilege to buy packs, once the flood gate are open to these highly rumored bots/whales. The reality is that most people around the world can't accumulate significant voucher totals -- only those who have the extra funds to deploy or spend on the tickets to be able to buy the packs. It helps those in the game get more entrenched in the game (fair), but alienates new adopters who will not have the fair chance to level the playing field. The truth is I have the money, but am so irked by this system, I fundamentally shun being forced to spend just to spend again. SPL wants people to hold SPS and DEC. IMO, vouchers accomplish that at the expense of those coming in late. Forget me, consider those around the world where $4 is enough. That's the reality in my eyes. Appreciate your reply.
