What A Week! Things Are Looking Bright!~

What an exciting week for those in crypto land. The projects I'm invested in including Hive have been getting a nice run this week. Don't really know where to start but just looking back over the week it seems like a month to me! IRL have been very busy with the family but also trying to get my investments going also needs full attention at most times. Let me start with CUBs which have allowed me to learn more this week.

The CUBs team waived all fees for a day to allow some changes to the different pools and I have used this opportunity to move things around and add more to the pools. I'm pretty conservative so I have put more into the DEN for a nice stable tickle of CUBs coming in each day. I have also add some into the farm so I can get a steady flow from that side of things. Not a huge amount but more than what I have initially put in to take advantage of the fee free day. Every dollar counts! I was a bit gutted didn't buy in more CUBs at $2 and now it's nearly $4! That would have been an easy profit but I guess once that opportunity passes, we need to wait for another. Each more waking up to a bit more CUBs each day is satisfying, the ROI still staying strong, if things are going to be like this for a few more weeks, I would be pretty happy. I'm here for the long run just like on Hive so hopefully it will pay off.

The other project, Splinterlands is doing fantastic this week! Most days I will see over 10k volume of trades on the market which is pretty amazing. This means our game is getting exposure, people wants to be part of the action and want to get the cards they need to form their "dream team". When I checked my total value on my main account on the 1st of April it was just under $5k which was a few hundred up from last week. I think checked again today and it has gained another $500+! Where in the world do you get these types of gains in less than a week with a small collection. Imagine the bigger players in the game, they would be patting themselves on the back for being dedicated to the game.

I would like to add that my favourite card this week has to be Daria Dragonscale. I have been a huge fan of this card and have been accumulating them and finally I can see it is getting some attention from the players. I find it hard to see why people don't like it but I am happy that it is getting some love. At the time of writing, there are just over 130 of them left on the market with only a handful of them are single 1 BCX so if you don't want to miss out, grab them now or it will be gone!

Lastly Hive has been moving upwards slowly. From past experience, we have seen that if there is a huge spike, it will come down quicker than ever. This time round, I can see that we are slowly gaining momentum and our Hive price is steadily holding. I always thing that slow and steady wins the race. We have seen this too many times but I think this time we are pretty safe in terms of holding our price. In this bull market, everyone is a genius, everyone is happy.
